At Alison's—Alison was nervous about telling Alana about the business, but she had no choice in funding. When there was a knock on the door, it was Alana. "Alana, come in. Can I get you something to drink?" "No, thanks. So, what's going on?" "I had to make a financial decision, and since no one is here to run my family business, I sold it." "You sold it!" "Yes, no one is around to run it, I don't want it, and I don't want my mother to." "I could have, till my child is old enough." "I didn't think you wanted it." "You are just like my family; you don't take me seriously." "Who did you sell it to?" "Adam." "Of course! My sister will have everything," Alana said as she cried. "I will give you a share of the money." "You can keep it!" Alana yelled and left.

At Skye/Lorenzo-Skye had just learned that Lila Rae and Adam bought the Barrington company. As Lila Rae entered, she said, "Lila Rae just bought it." "Yes, Adam and I want to run our own business, and with the Barrington company and the connection, it will help us." "It is good business sense; that's why we were trying to buy it too. Lila Rae, the company is very similar to ELQ; we will be a little rivals with you, and we can't take this personally." "I agree, I want you to treat me just like your business rival." "I will." "This is probably why Alison wants to see Alana." "Yes, she'd be upset, but we also want to give the earnings to her child."

At Alan's-Alana was upset and went inside; she didn't want to go home. When Kristina came by, she asked, "Alana, are you okay?" "No, I'm not. I wish my family would take me seriously and stop being disappointed in me for getting pregnant. I can't do anything about it, and I don't want to. The only one person who believes me is gone." "I understand. Having family not take you seriously, but they will. You have to prove it, and when the baby is born, everyone will come around and love it," Kristina said. "Thank you.
