At Skye/Lorenzo—Dex and Alana entered the living room.
"Lila Rae will be here soon after she gets her belongings," Dex said.
"Yes," Alana replied. "I know today was an emotional day, but your mother is okay."
"But it could have turned out differently. The danger is always going to be there."
"Our father is a complicated man, but he loves us and will keep us safe."
"Don't you hate working with him, especially when your life is at risk?"
"No, I like the rush, and I want to have my father's back."
"I just hope you and Daddy stay safe."
"We will."
At the Police Station—Ric and Mac were talking.
"We are bringing Julian in for questioning, but I have a feeling he's working with someone," Mac said as Anna approached.
"Do you know who the shooter was?" she asked.
"We have a theory about it," Ric replied.
"Do you have any idea who might be trying to take over?" Ric questioned as Julian and an officer entered.
"I'm not answering any questions until I have a lawyer," Julian said.
"Wait in the room," Mac instructed while helping Julian inside.
"Do you think Faith is alive? All we know is Lorenzo took care of her, but that's it," Ric said.
"That's a good idea to look into. We don't want any innocent people getting hurt," he added as Ric and Mac left.
Lila Rae approached.
"Lila Rae, why are you here?" someone asked.
"I've been assigned to find out who's trying to take over my father's business," she stated.
"Wow, that's your first assignment?" someone remarked.
"Yes," she confirmed.
At the Warehouse—Lorenzo was inspecting his shipment, ensuring everything was in order when he noticed something suspicious in one of the shipments.
