Family Shattered Part 3 Chapter 36
At Alan's Hotel—Lois came in to meet Brooklyn and ran into Alexis. "Alexis, I just want to say I'm sorry about Molly." "Thanks, Lois. I can't believe all the changes in this town—Jax, Sonny, and Carly are gone." "Yes, this town has gone through a lot. How long are you staying?" "I'm not sure," Lois said as Olivia came by. "Lois, do you know Olivia Falconeri? Ned's ex-wife." "Yes, we go back." "Yes, we do. Lois, it's good to see you." "You too. I have no hard feelings about either of you. Ned and I were over ages ago," Lois said as Brooklyn entered. "Is everything okay?" "Yes, what's going on?" "I need to talk to J.R., but he's in a meeting. I might need to put the wedding on hold." "Why?" "AJ and Elizabeth need to get married soon." "Oh, marriage of convenience." "Something like that. Brooklyn, you do what you need to do." "Yes, it's up to you."
At Skye/Lorenzo-Skye and Lorenzo sat on the couch, in each other's arms. "We should get married again." "Yes," Skye said as Lorenzo kissed her. Her cell phone rang. "Skye, what! That's who brought the magazine." Skye said as she hung up. "Who brought the magazines for Blair?" Lorenzo asked as Alana entered. "I did," Alana said. "You brought a magazine! With what money?" Lorenzo yelled as he and Skye stood up. "Alistair left me money, and I used that! Now, it's time to prove to both of you that I can be taken seriously." "Who helped you negotiate this?" Skye asked. "Ned. I asked him too." "From what I found out about the deal, it was a great offer, and I'm proud of you." "You are?" "Yes. Blair and I have some history, and I can't wait for her to lose everything," Skye said. "Mother," Alana said. "In business, you can't take anything personally, and remember, it's all about the bottom line." "Yes, Mother. I'm going to bring some stuff that knows how to run a magazine on." "Good, I think you can do this." "Thanks, I need to go to the office." "Let me go with you." "Mother, I need to do this on my own." "Alana, right—and I'm proud of you too. But what about school?" Lorenzo asked. "I signed up for online classes. I'll be graduating this year." "Yes,"
