At Steve—Steve, who had just returned from a medical conference, was on the phone with Elizabeth. "Elizabeth, we will have to have breakfast tomorrow. I want to hear your news," Steve said and hung up the phone as Olivia came in. "I'm so glad you're back from your medical conference. I missed you," Olivia said as they shared a kiss. "I missed you too. We should tell everyone we're dating again." "Yes, I guess we should," Olivia replied.

At Adam and Lila Rae's—Lila Rae was at home on her phone. "Daddy, I'll be safe here. You put a guard around the house," Lila Rae said as Adam entered and she hung up the call. "Lila Rae, I'm sorry about your mother. I tried to get out of my meeting," Adam said. "It's okay, I understand. I'm glad my mother is okay." "Do you want to talk?" "I hate that my father chose a life of violence. He will never escape it." "No, he won't. But what can you do about it?" "I don't know, but I can't lose my mother or my sister," Lila Rae replied.

At Rae's house—Rae was at home looking at pictures of herself with Skye and the girls. "I will not let you die. I will keep all of you safe," Rae said as she held the picture close to her heart.
