Y/n's pov

I was going back home, my mind couldn't stop dwelling on what happened in the graveyard. 

There were a lot of questions in my mind. I wanted to know, who that mysterious man was, who came out of the blue, handed me this box with money and a flight ticket and vanished in thin air.

I am curious like a cat, I am very inquisitive right now. I wanna know who that man was and what's his relation with my father, I wanna know everything about him but at the end of the day, I don't know where to find him.

I sighed and was about to enter my house that's when Aunt shouted  "Y/N, YOU BITCH WHERE WERE YOU ALL THIS TIME, HAVE YOU SEEN THE TIME ITS PAST 9 AND YOU ARE RETURNING HOME NOW"

I suddenly realized that I was roaming around and was thinking about that incident for 12 hours straight without eating or drinking anything. I scoffed at the thought.

she suddenly shouted and said "What's in that box" which brought me out of my thoughts

I covered the box with my hands and said while shuttering "No-nothing. It-its just."

"Give me that" she said while keeping her hand forward.

"N-no, It-it's mine" I was saying this when she snatched it from my hands.

"Learn to obey the elders. Hmm so let's see what's inside." Saying this she opened the box and gasped. She then looked up at me and asked "How did you get this much money. have you stolen this from somewhere?"

"Give me the box it's mine" I said ignoring the question.

"you are not going to get this box. I will tell this to your uncle till then stay outside today as a punishment for coming home late and stealing this box." she said looking at the box.

"But I haven't stolen this box, someone has given me this. please give me the box it's mine" I tried to snatch it again from her but she pushed me hard and I fell on the ground.

"Don't you dare to snatch it again otherwise I will beat your ass hard, understood?" she said and went inside locking the door.

tears made its way from my eyes "Why god, why? Why I am the only one who suffers? Why can't I live a happy life WHY?" I said while crying. I kept looking at the door in the hope that she would feel a little pity on me and would open the door. 

TIME SKIP

I woke up and found myself on my bed I didn't know how I came here last night. I got up from my bed and went outside the room. 

To my surprise I saw the whole house was empty no one was there. I checked my aunt's room my, cousin's room, and the courtyard no one was there only me alone in this house.

Unexpectedly my eyes went toward the coffee table and I saw the box which I got from that mysterious man lying there. 

I picked it up and suddenly a note fell from it. I picked up the note and read it loudly.

"DEAR Y/N                                                                                                                   Your aunt has gone out with her children for some reason. I will make sure that they do not come back until your exams are over. so now you can study peacefully and also don't forget to prepare for the audition ;)                                                                                                                                                                                            ~YOUR FATHER'S FRIEND :)"
