Y/n's pov

"Are you okay?" Yoongi Oppa's gentle voice pulled me out of my spiraling thoughts. I nodded, trying to reassure him, though my heart was heavy. Without warning, the others gathered around and wrapped me in a tight, comforting hug.

I was startled at first but quickly melted into their embrace, hugging them back. "No matter what happens, we always trust you, Y/N," Tae Oppa said softly, his words like a balm to my aching heart. "And we know you're not going to break our trust," Jin Oppa added, continuing where Tae left off.

A single tear slipped down my cheek as I whispered, "Thank you for always being with me." We all stood there in silence for a few moments, savouring the warmth and solidarity of the hug before slowly pulling away.

"Don't worry, Y/N," RM Oppa said, his tone calm yet determined. "We'll figure something out, we'll get through this together." I looked at him and nodded, managing a small smile despite the turmoil in my mind.

Just as we were about to leave the room, a girl walked in and spoke, "Sorry to interrupt, but Bang Si Hyuk is calling for Ms. Y/N." "Why?" Jungkook quickly asked, a hint of frustration in his voice. "What else does he want now?" He sighed before continuing,

"Okay, let's go." But the girl stepped in front of him and shook her head. "Sir, he only asked for Y/N to meet him. The rest of you can't go."

"What the hell?" Jungkook nearly shouted, his frustration boiling over. "If he has something to say, he can say it in front of all of us. Why does he only want her?" I placed a gentle hand on his arm, silently telling him to calm down, reassuring him with my gaze that I would be fine. Then, I turned to the girl and nodded, indicating that I was ready to go. She led the way, and soon, I found myself standing in front of Bang Si Hyuk's office door. I took a deep breath, bracing myself, and entered.

Bang Si Hyuk sat behind his desk, his expression serious. He sighed before speaking, "Let's make this simple. I want you to leave BTS." His words hit me like a ton of bricks. I could barely process what he was saying.

"Wh-what?" I stammered, disbelief lacing my voice. "I want you to leave them," he repeated, his tone matter-of-fact. "You see, because of you, our sales are dropping, and not only that, people are starting to hate Bangtan because of your presence. I think you understand what needs to be done."

I stood there, stunned and speechless. My mind was racing, trying to comprehend everything. Seeing my reaction, he continued, "Look, I'm just asking you to leave BTS. You can still stay with the company, establish your own career, and when you're successful, you can repay the loan—double the amount, of course—before you leave for good."

He stood up, grabbing a stack of papers from his desk, and placed them in front of me. "This is the best solution, no other option makes sense. Even Ms. Yoon agreed to this plan. In fact, she was the one who suggested it."

My head snapped up at the mention of Yullie. "Yulie suggested throwing me out of BTS?" I asked, my voice trembling with shock. He shrugged, completely unfazed. "Yes, she just told me that. Why?"

I shook my head in disbelief, tears welling up in my eyes. How had everything changed so drastically overnight? How had Yulie, someone I trusted, turned against me like this? I scoffed bitterly as Bang Si Hyuk pushed the papers toward me again. I grabbed them and stormed out of his office, my heart racing with anger and hurt. I needed to find Yullie. I needed answers.

Yulie's Pov

I found myself sitting next to the person I despised more than anyone else in the world. His very presence made my skin crawl. I had spent so long hoping I would never see him again, but deep down, I always knew this moment would come. "How are you, Yul?" he asked, flashing me one of his twisted, sinister smiles.

"Not good after seeing your face, you SON OF A BITCH!" I spat the words at him, my rage bubbling over.

Still, he only smiled wider. "It's so nice to see you again, Yul." He calmly dragged a chair from the side and placed it right in front of me before sitting down.

"YOU MOTHERFUCKER, LET ME GO OR ELSE—"

"Or else what?" he cut me off, his voice calm and mocking. "You'll use your powers on me? Go ahead, try it." He leaned back in the chair, completely unbothered.

I tried. I focused, willing my lightning sword to appear in my hand, but... nothing happened. Panic rose in my chest as I shouted at him, "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME? WHY CAN'T I USE MY POWERS?"

He chuckled darkly, lowering his head before tilting it toward me, a dangerous look in his eyes. "I'm warning you, if you keep shouting with that filthy mouth of yours, I won't stop beating you until you bleed."

But I didn't care. I wasn't going to let him intimidate me. I shouted again, "LEAVE ME, YOU MOTHERFU—"

*SLAP* My head whipped to the side from the force of his hand. Before I could recover, another slap landed on my face, and then another, and another. My lips stung, and soon I felt the warm, metallic taste of blood in my mouth. He finally stopped, breathing heavily, and said coldly, "I hope now you'll listen."

I blinked back tears, my face throbbing with pain, and stared at him, too shaken to speak. He cracked his knuckles casually, like what he'd done meant nothing, and continued, "You know, I don't like to complicate things. But when I do, people have a hard time understanding what I really want."

He smirked, leaning forward. "So I'll make this simple. You're the Princess of Aetheris, Yul. You know where the dragon is locked away, and you also know that the key to freeing it is none other than Y/n. Now, tell me where the lock is hidden in Aetheris. Will you help me?"

"NO!" I shouted, my defiance returning despite the pain.

His face darkened with anger as he stood up, knocking the chair over. "Do you really think if you don't tell me, I won't find it anyway?" His voice was harsh, almost mocking. "Silly girl. Just spit it out."

But again, I refused. "No. I won't tell you. No matter what."

Suddenly, he burst into laughter, the sound chilling me to the bone. His eyes gleamed with cruelty as he said, "Yul, your stubbornness got your beloved killed, and here you are, doing it again." He cracked his neck, his grin widening. "Do you want Y/n to meet the same fate as your beloved? Or should I say... the same fate as her father?"

I froze, my blood turning cold as he went on, taunting me. "Oh, wait, have you even told Y/n how you loved her father? How jealous you were when you found out he was in a relationship with her mother? You even tried to kill her mother, didn't you? Too bad you failed—because I stopped you. And that's why you hate me so much, isn't it?"

"Shut up!" I screamed, tears streaming down my face as his words cut into me like knives. "Please, just stop!"

But he didn't. He kept going, his voice dripping with satisfaction. "What if I told Y/n the truth? How do you think she'd react? She'd hate you, Yul. Just like she hates me."

"Please stop. Please, I beg you." My voice broke as I pleaded with him, the weight of my past crushing me. I couldn't bear the thought of losing Y/n, the only person I truly loved. I didn't want her to look at me with the same hatred she had for him.

He smirked, seeing my desperation. "Tell me what I want to know, and I won't say a word to Y/n."

Defeated, I looked up at him, my heart aching. "Okay," I whispered, broken. "I'll tell you. Just... don't tell Y/n."

He smiled, satisfied. "Of course, darling. Now, tell me where the place is."
