Arc 1 - Chapter 7 | An unexpected Battle

Deku was running down the sewer and made it back to the entrance where he came in. He bursted through to see Uravity still waiting on the roof.

He attempted to make a signal for her, but she immediately started gesturing behind him. Instantly his Danger Sense kicked in and Deku dodged an attack from the villain.

The villain's suit was almost eight feet tall. It was bulky and had a similar stature to All Might back in the day. This was the most advanced suit yet.

"So, you think you can come spy on us without even noticing!" announced a man through the coms. "Unfortunately for you, my quirk radio was able to tap into your private communications." the villain explained.

Without hesitation, Deku built up one for all full cowling, seventy five percent! He launched himself forward to land a smash right on the suit's chest, but it avoided the attack. The suit seemed to have sensors that acted similar to danger sense, allowing it to dodge.

"Fine, have it your way. Uravity now!" Deku shouted. Right then, she landed from the sky right on top of the mech and began to make it float uncontrollably.

"Allright, now for Black Whip!" Deku announced as he grabbed onto the suit with the dark green tendrils and flung it into the ground as hard as he could. But it was no use. The mech was able to withstand the damage and appeared unscathed.

"You'll have to try harder than that number one!" yelled out the villain from inside the suit. "Now it's my turn! Lazer Beam!" he yelled as he shot a massive lazer from one of the arms of the suit.

Deku and Uravity quickly dodged the attack and tried to quickly come up with a new strategy.

"Did you send out a distress signal?" Deku asked his partner.

"Yes I did!" she replied. "They should be here in the war jet within a few minutes."

"Well, until help arrives, we need to do our best and hold out!" Deku explained. "Formation 14!" Deku shouted as he quickly let out Smoke Screen covering the battlefield.

The couple had done a lot of training exercises together. They actually have a few combo moves planned out for multiple situations.

"Fifth Gear!" Deku shouted as he grabbed into Uravity and the both of them raced to the villain. Gearshift was extremely useful in a lot of these formations due to it having the ability to work on more than just the user.

Uravity then touched the villain once again making them float. At the same time, Deku also touched the villain, shifting his speed as well. Deku then swooped under giving an uppercut kick, shoot style, launching mech into the air.

"Now, to take advantage of momentum!" Deku screamed. He quickly wrapped the villain in Black Whip and began to swing him back down.

"Meteor Hammer!" Both Deku and Uravity yelled out.

"And release!" Uravity timed perfectly on the downswing giving gravity back to the villain. The idea here was to use the speed of gear shift and the impact of a throw down with the weight being added back to create a great impact with incredible velocity.

The villain was smashed into the ground with incredible force making a crater in the cement.

"Now, Detroit Smash!" yelled out Deku as he attempted a final blow shooting straight down from the air. He made an impact that created a large shockwave. Both Deku and Uravity stood for a moment to catch their breaths and wait for the dust to settle to see the damage.

Suddenly red light glowed within the dust. They had certainly made some damage to the suit, but not quite enough to end the battle.

The villain raised his arm once again to let out another lazer beam, when all of the sudden, a jet can be heard close to the ground.

The war jet flew close by, creating a shockwave almost throwing off everyone's balance, with a few heroes jumping out of the back deploying for battle. Shoto shot down using his Phosphorus to propel at the villain and landing a Jet Burn to the mech.

"How is he still standing!?" Shoto expressed with a mix of fear and shock. The mech then threw him back into the wall of a nearby building.

As the villain began to turn back at the other two heroes, Deku had tried to hit him with another Detroit Smash and threw the mech back a few feet. Immediately following this attack came Dynamo.

"AP Shot!" he yelled, only to make a few hits in the suit.

"It looks like you missed all but two shots, explosion boy!" The villain tormented Dynamo, making him very angry.

"Jokes on you! Those two were the misses, you bastard!" He shouted back. The villain, confused, began to turn around, not before hearing Uravity's voice.

"Zero Satellites!" She yelled out hitting the villain with the debris she set to float from Dynamo's attack. Landing a bunch of strikes gave enough of an opening for Chargebolt to land a disk on the mech.

"One hundred thousand volts!" cried out the electric hero as he gave a large shock of lighting at the metal suit. The mech then began to bug out.

"Nice shot Charge Bolt!" yelled out Red Riot. "Now for my turn! Red gauntlet!" he shouted, impaling the armor right at the power core that was now deteriorated from the battle.

"Now let's put an end to this," said Deku as he walked up to the villain. He grabbed onto the suit, ripping the armor off to reveal the man inside. "It's over, villain!"

This was my favorite chapter so far! My first ever fight scene! Did it move fast enough?
