Arc 1 - Chapter 25 | The Final Battle - Pt.2

"Ashido! Jiro! I have a mission for you!"

The two heroes looked over to Uravity and made their way over to her.

"Uravity, What's up?" Earphone Jack asked, confused.

"We think we know where David Shield is. If you're up for it, us three are going to go rescue him!" Ochako explained, determined as ever.

Both girls were hesitant, not wanting to leave everyone else to fight, but knew better than to argue with Uraraka when she had that fire in her eyes.

"Okay, let's do it!" Pinky declared.

The three heroes weaved their way through the ruined headquarters and made it to the airfield.

"It doesn't look like we'll be taking the jet." Earphone Jack explained as she pointed at the two burning planes at the end of the flight strip.

"Grab my hands!" Uravity ordered. They did as instructed and all three began to float.

She began using the thrusters in her boots to propel them towards the mountain where they had found the secret base just a few weeks ago.

Back in the control room of the I.H.O, The director is attempting to make communications with the sparking and destroyed equipment surrounding him.

'Shit. There's no way we'll have backup from overseas anytime soon.' He thought to himself.

Just then, through the hole in the wall, The Director could see a large silhouette taking shape right outside of the walls.

A few of the heroes on the battlefield looked up in awe as the giant appeared before them.

"It looks like you all need a little help!"

"Mt. Lady!" a few of the heroes cried out.

A few mechs made their way to the enormous hero, but were quickly stopped by tree roots grabbing onto them.

Through the hole in the wall was none other than Kamui Woods.

Not far behind the wooden hero followed a wave of Pro Heroes coming to the rescue.

There were a ton of familiar faces. Rock Lock, Fatgum, Best Jeanist, Death Arms, Ectoplasm, and so many more!

Red Riot looked at the ensemble before him. He choked up in awe.

"What a Manly sight to see." he said wiping tears from his eyes.

The new force came in strong, charging head on towards the mech villains before them.

In the middle of the battlefield, Shoto and Dynamo had created a strategy that was helping out the other heroes.

Shoto was zipping around the field on an ice bridge, freezing the mech's feet to the ground. This did not hold them long, but was giving him enough of an opening to use his heat on the chest of the suits. By doing so, he was softening the metal armor by nearly melting it.

With this softened state of the armor, the reactor cores to the suites were much more vulnerable.

Dynamo was following behind closely making contact with his hands and making the final moves as he blew up the chest pieces.

Best Jeanist grabbed onto a mech holding it down with his threads to give Dynamo an opening for his attack.

"Well, I guess hell froze over! Who knew you would end up being such a team player!" Jeanist teased his former protege.

"I'M JUST TAKING ADVANTAGE OF HIM MELTING THE DAMN THINGS!" the explosion hero bursted out.

"And you haven't changed one bit..." Jeanist said to himself, not wanting to become shrapnel.
