Loki: Mischief & Sorrow

Troubles Begin

At the Bifrost Thor stood with Heimdall as Loki and Aquata approached the gate that would take them to Midgard Thor asked, "So where do we want to start?" Aquata suggested that they start at the hospital that she use to work at, so with a flash they were teleported to Geneva NY, and they went in, somehow though the News heard of what they were doing and wanted to be the ones to get the story so the outside of the hospital became flooded with reporters and journalist, but that was unbeknownst to the royals inside starting from the top and working their way down but when they got to the ICU on the second floor they saw all the media outside waiting for them so they made a plan to go out the back and be teleported home from there, so they visited the last patients one who had multiple injuries and one who was in a coma from head trauma on the battle field. Loki leaned over the coma patient to show his respect to the fallen warrior and the nurse said that it wasn't a good idea as the patient was very immune compromised Loki understood and stood up and said "well let's leave so we can go home." They snuck down the stairs leading to the back door and then snuck out to the back parking lot to call for the Bifrost to be opened.

A month later Loki and Aquata were out by the pond in the back gardens just sitting enjoying the sun when they were called in for lunch, as they stood Loki started to collapse but managed to catch himself Aquata looked at him worried "must be I stood to fast pet, but I will be alright let's go to lunch shall we?" they had a wonderful lunch and then retired to Loki's chamber where they cuddled together on the bed. But passion has a way of taking over and soon one thing led to another and they soon were having a true moment of pure love for one another. When they were finished, they decided to take a bath in the Jacuzzi tub that Loki had in his chamber's bathroom where they just sat and relaxed with some wine and cheese and just enjoying each other's company. They knew Thor was strict on having royals be this way even when married but they didn't care it was just them and if Thor found out he could go jump off the Bifrost. Loki wasn't feeling one hundred percent but he hid it from Aquata not wanting to burden her with taking care of him on top of everything else she handles for Thor and himself. Two weeks later Aquata wasn't feeling well and she was nauseous so she did some math and took a pregnancy test, after waiting the appropriate amount of time she looked at the test and "uh-oh" Aquata said out loud as Loki walked in "uh-oh what pet, what do you have there?" Loki asked trying to see what Aquata had in her hands, "oh it's just that I'm uh, pregnant" Loki's jaw hit the floor and then he smiled ran over picked her up and spun her around, Aquata knew everything would be fine from that moment forward with this baby because she had Loki to help her tell Thor when they were ready to tell.

A few days later Aquata was recording somesinging she was doing for a video compilation when Loki came up and hugged herbelly and started talking to her stomach "Hello in there, it's me daddy, I justwanted to let you know that I love you so much and cannot wait to meet you sodon't keep me waiting too long over the nine months ok in there" Aquata hadcaught the whole moment on camera so she could watch it down the line after allthis would be over and the moment had passed of the baby wanting to be with itsparents all the time. But as time went on Loki became weaker and weaker but hedidn't want to give in to his illness he didn't want to worry Aquata especiallynow that she is pregnant and needs to be as calm as possible, but it didn'twork, despite his best-efforts Loki passed out and collapsed in the hall rightoutside Aquata's chamber. He awoke again in his bed surrounded by Thor, Hela,Aquata, nurses, and Dr. Stephen Strange who he knew from the avengers, "what'sgoing on?" Loki asked weakly as everyone seemed to not notice him awake "Youpassed out brother" Thor answered as everyone looked over at the sound ofLoki's voice, "how are you feeling Loki?" Strange asked coming over to look athis eyes and examine him, "I feel like an elephant is standing on my chest andusing my head as a drum" Loki answered, "yeah that's what happens with a coldLoki." Strange explained "He should be alright with a few days bed rest andsome bone broth" Strange told Aquata, "Thank you Doctor," Aquata said toStrange. She then sat down next to Loki in a chair right by the bed "we shallcall if things worsen" Strange picked up his bag "that's why I'm here, see youlater at the meeting Thor" Strange said as he turned to leave. Loki looked atAquata sitting next to him, "how are you and the baby pet?" "BABY?!" Thor andHela both said shocked. "Thanks Loki, yes I'm with heir" Aquata elaborated.
