Third Person Point of View

Everything went peacefully. No threats, no office work to do. Nothing. They are just enjoying the free time they have right now.

During the peaceful spare time they had, Jeonghan and Victoria spent time together as an official couple. They would go to date— while covering Victoria's face with some shades and a shawl—in different parts of Sicily and Rome, enjoying each other's presence and affection.

They may catch someone's attention because Victoria's hiding her face, but Jeonghan did his best to make her comfortable despite the stares.

In a blink of an eye, a week of speaking time with each other is about to end. The couple ended up staying in the hotel room in Venice. Having a dinner on the balcony of their room with a great view of city lights.

"This is sweet," Victoria said, staring at the city's lights. "But sad at the same time."

Jeoghan immediately knew what she meant. He quickly grabs her hand and rubs the back of her hand using his thumb.

"I'll be back." He smiled genuinely. "I'll finish some of my work in Korea, then I'll go back immediately."

She gazed at him and gave him a faint smile before shyly looking away.

Jeonghan caught a glimpse of her shy action that made his heart warm. Making it harder for him to leave Victoria.

He was supposed to leave earlier but decided to extend his stay for her. He then let out a sigh.

"Now I want to extend my stay," Jeonghan chuckles and looks at her.

"Nothing can be done, Mr. Yoon. You have work to finish," she said, looking back at him.

"My work can wait," he joked, to which he later received a soft slap on his thigh.

"But seriously, finish your work for a week and let's meet again. Deal?" Victoria grins.

Jeonghan smirks as he suddenly remembers something. "Sure. But you must visit Korea soon too. Remember the deal we had before?"

She looked at him and tilted her head, hoping she remembered what deal she had with Jeonghan.

"I forgot," Victoria said with uncertainty. But then something came up in her head. Her face lit up when she remembered.

"Oh, right. I remember." She chuckled. "But still, finish your work."

Jeonghan Face went down and took a sip of red wine in a glass. "A week is too long," he huffs.

Victoria softly laughed at him and caressed his cheeks, and Jeonghan immediately leant his face on her hand.

"You're just impatient."

Actually, Victoria really forgot about that deal. However, she'll come back to Korea. With different intentions this time.

Everything happened so fast. It's early in the morning, and Jeonghan is about to leave the country. They are now on the hotel's rooftop, where there is a helipad and a chopper waiting for him.

Victoria quickly gave him a tight hug before letting him go. She gave him an assuring smile.

"I'll see you in a week," she said.

"Can I just stay again?" Jeonghan sighes.

She quickly shook her head. He just sighs even deeper, which made Victoria laugh.

Before Jeonghan walks away, Victoria grabs his nape and kisses his lips one last time. She was about to pull away when Jeonghan also grabbed her nape and kissed her back, much more passionately and almost ravishing her red lips.

It almost took a minute. Victoria has no choice but to forcefully push him away and let out a chuckle. She looks into his eyes heartily and smiles.

"Take care, okay?"

"I will. Wait for me, alright?"

"I love you, my love..."

"I love you too, mon amour."
