Chapter 22

NICHOLAS ACCARDI 

It was 5 in the morning when he had to wake up, because of the surprise he had planned for Sienna. He already knew she was going to love it. Of course, after one month of marriage finally he could say that he knew what his wife liked and what not. 

They were close now, very close. And Nicholas loved it. 

Even though, their physical relation haven't developed, yet. But Nicholas was ready to wait, for her. Hell, he would do anything for her. 

Even though he didn't tell Sienna but he himself knew that he was falling for his wife. And by his personal experience Nicholas could proudly say that there's nothing better than falling for his wife. He was in love with the idea of falling in love with his wife, he was in love with the process of falling in love with his wife and lastly, he was in love with the peace that he felt whenever he looked at Sienna, because for the first time he was falling in love and the best part of his first love was, he was falling in love with his wife.

He looked at Sienna's curled up form in the bed, lightly kissed her forehead and slowly and silently made his way out of the room.

He was so proud of her, for making progress in her life. She started her Kick boxing training and self defense training 2 weeks ago. And Nicholas was so proud to know about the progress she was making every single day. Although she was not comfortable to go alone for the training the first day. So, he accompanied her but as soon as he saw Alex and Felix not being soft with her, he couldn't watch it anymore. 

He couldn't stop them either because he knew what they were doing was necessary. But he couldn't leave Sienna alone with them knowing she was not comfortable around them. Even though they always treated her with a lot of respect but still, she was just simply not comfortable. So, Nicholas found a solution for it, he asked Penelope to accompany Sienna during her kick boxing practice sessions and Anna to accompany her during her self defense training. 

That way he knew Sienna was comfortable and also Penelope and Anna will learn the skills. Even though he knew Anna was already trained and Penelope, she simply didn't need training because her tongue was enough to make her win any fight, But still both of them agreed to it. And as for Sienna's Knife lessons, they weren't started yet but Nicholas was not worried about it, because he knew Kai will do his work with absolute perfection. 

And as Nicholas made his way downstairs and into the living room, he knew that what he was doing was right. Of course his wife deserved this gift, not because she was doing a fucking great job and fighting her past like a warrior but also because it was their one month Anniversary today. And he just wanted to make her day special, just the way she made his life special, by simply becoming a part of it.

Nicholas smiled while shaking his head, "Am i that whipped?" He asked himself but he knew better than to answer. So, he made his way out of the penthouse and got into the elevator and once he was at the reception of the ground floor, he noticed Alex standing there with a bored expression. But the moment he noticed Nicholas he came forward and handed him the big basket and a flower bouquet. 

Nicholas smiled at him and said, "Good morning to you too, lexi. I slept well, thankyou for asking." 

"I didn't ask. Besides, i didn't even know that you raised my pay." Alex said with a smirk.

"I didn't." Nicholas replied with furrowed brows. 

"Oh, then do it soon. Because this fucking costs extra. I'm your security head not your personal chauffeur, whom you can ask to drive any second of the day. Besides I'm the enforcer of the Cosa Nostra, i have a reputation to maintain." Alex said, while spitting fire with his eyes.
