Chapter 27

I woke up early on Saturday. I had barely slept I was so excited for our 6 month anniversary. I got out of bed and went downstairs to get some breakfast. I made some toast and a smoothie. I sat down at the breakfast bar and slowly ate my toast while scrolling through Instagram.
"Morning," my dad chirped as he walked into the kitchen.
"Morning," I replied.
"Got any plans today?" he asked. I just glared at him.
"Do you even listen to me?" I asked.
"Yeah always," he stuttered.
"If you did you'd know that I'm celebrating my 6 month anniversary with Charlie," I told him.
"Oh I knew that," he laughed.
"Whatever," I giggled.

I took a long shower and washed my hair. Once I was done in the shower, I wrapped a towel around myself and went into my room. I started looking through my wardrobe for something to wear. I decided to wear my red dress with a floral lace pattern. I then proceeded to do my makeup. I did the usual amounts and used nude eyeshadow, a bright red lipstick and did winged eyeliner. I then loosely curled my hair. I took a long look in the mirror. I was happy with what I was wearing. I got a black clutch bag out of my wardrobe and put my purse, lipstick and chewing gum in it. I then put on my red high heels. I grabbed my phone and went downstairs.
"Wow you look beautiful," my mam smiled.
"Thanks," I smiled.

At exactly 2:26 pm Charlie knocked on the door.
"You're a minute late," I laughed.
"Does it matter?" he chuckled.
"Yes it does," I smiled. He laughed then held out a hand for me. I took it and we started walking.
"You look beautiful by the way," he grinned.
"You look well meh," I joked.
"Rude!" he exclaimed feigning pain.
"I'm glad this date isn't a surprise," I told him as we were walking.
"Yeah you hate surprises!" he chuckled.
"I hate the lack of knowledge," I corrected him before laughing.

When we got to the cinema we looked to see what was on. There wasn't much.
"What do you want to watch?" Charlie asked.
"Fantastic four?" I questioned.
"Yeah that looks good," he smiled. We queued then paid for our tickets and got popcorn and drinks. Charlie handed the money over before I had a chance to stop him.
"Why did you do that?" I asked annoyed.
"Because tonight is my treat," he smirked.
"Paying for everything doesn't make you a gentleman it makes you annoying," I told him.
"Whatever," he laughed while taking my hand.

After we watched the movie, we went to Frankie&Benny's for dinner. Once we sat down I got out my phone.
"Selfieeee!" I laughed. We took a really cute picture for snapchat. I captioned it "6 months with this loser😍💖". After we took our selfie a waiter came and took our order. I just got a pizza because I was just craving it. We sat and laughed about random stuff until our food came. My favourite thing about spending time with Charlie is that it is never awkward. With some people it just gets awkward after a while but with Charlie that never happens.

After we had dinner we started walking back to Charlie's. We were just messing about and having fun. I was joking about and skipping ahead when he came running up behind me and lifted me up. He spun me round before putting me down. I was in a fit of laughter. He wrapped his arm around my waist while I was still laughing.
"Are you okay?" he laughed.
"Yeah," I replied while still laughing. I took some deep breaths and finally stopped laughing. I still had a huge grin on my face.
"You should smile more, it looks good on you," he smiled.
"That is so," I started. "Cringey!" I started laughing again. He planted a soft kiss on my lips to shut me up.
"I don't even know why I'm in such a giggly mood!" I laughed. "I'm annoying myself with it!"
"You could never annoy me," he smiled.
"Wanna bet?" I grinned.
"I think you're going to change that!" he chuckled. I jumped onto his back so he was giving me a piggyback.
"Run!" I shouted.
"Okay maybe you can annoy me," he laughed.

When we got back to Charlie's we cuddled in his bed and set up a movie. He wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me closer to him.
"I love you so much," he whispered.
"Even with all of my craziness?" I asked.
"Even with all of your craziness," he smiled. With that we shared a deep passionate kiss.

I truly loved Charlie Lenehan.

I might do a sequel but I think that it will just ruin the story and be repetitive😖
