remembering that day

I watched as she slept in bed and reminisced on the day we first met, I had been hanging out at her brother's old home when she was visiting him, I was sitting on his couch when I she walked through his front door that day and I knew immediately that I needed to get to know her. I remembered asking Zak who she was and the days he spent trying to get us alone and we feel in love after we got to know each other in the year and a half and married shortly after. I thought back to the day she told to me that she was pregnant with our child, I was beyond excited.

Until Tragedy struck, I thought back to that day as I remembered her pleading with me to saty with her but my injuries were fatal and I died in a matter of minutes which was a month before our son was born, I knew she missed me but I wanted her to move on and I knew Zak wanted her to keep her mind off of me while she was with Dakota.

I knew what Zak had planned and if I could tell him, I would let him that I was glad he was trying to get her to move on but I didn't know how to except for using a voice recording on the evp device but all I could manage to do so far was knock objects off from where they were sitting which is what I did but he didn't react to any of it considering he was focused on a female.

I didn't continue wasting my energy trying to get his attention so I went back to where Dani was and seen her standing in the bathroom so I decided to talk with her.

Alex: so Dakota seems like a good fit for you...

Dani: we hardly know each other Alex...

Alex: when are you going to let me go babe?

Dani: I already told you it's not going to be easy for me and I know it's been four years Alex.

I watched as Oliver walked into the bathroom while he was rubbing one eye.

Dani: what's wrong Oliver?

Oliver: I had a bad dream about daddy.

Dani: it was only a dream baby, your daddy is fine.

Alex: he deserves to know the truth Dani...

Dani: do you want to tell me about it?

Oliver: I dreamed that daddy left and never come back.

Dani: Oliver your daddy loves you very much.

Oliver: when is he coming back?

Alex: tell him Dani...

Dani: I know you miss your daddy and you will see him again, I promise. Let's get some rest baby so we can leave with your Uncle Zak later.

Oliver: okay momma...

I watched as she walked with him back to his room and tucked him in after he fell asleep...

Alex: when are you going to tell him the truth?

Dani: I will tell him when he understands the difference, I will not stand around while he cries while he wished you were still alive...

Alex: kinda like you're doing...? I want you to move on with your life Dani and stop holding onto me.

Dani: it's not easy Alex, you left an impact on my life and I can't just forget about it just like that.

Zak: Dani, are you okay? I heard you talking loud...

Dani: I'm fine I promise I just...

Zak: you what?

Dani: you probably wouldn't believe me if I told you Zak...

Zak: I'm listening...
