"Calm down, it's probably gonna be fine and he won't even remember you." Jasper tried to calm her by slightly stroking her shoulder.

Alice tried the exact same before she had to make a turn to get to Herbology and now the two were alone, Cass nervously playing with her fingers and Jasper desperately tried to get her attention while the whole class waited for the new Defense Teacher.

She stared down at her hands before her laying on her desk before breathing out. Right as she wanted to open her mouth to say something, Moody strutted into the room.

His wooden leg made a thump sound, every time it came in contact with the floor. It looked like it was heavy and rather uncomfortable to wear.

He walked to the front of the class and took the chalk to start writing down his name.

"I am Alaistar Moody, Ex-Auror and now your new Defense Against the Dark Arts Teacher." He turned back to the class and his magical eye frantically looked around the class until it locked onto Cass and he raised an eyebrow, "I have been informed that your teaching in the subject has lacked the essentials and been rather poorly until now. That will finally change. Can anyone tell me what the difference between an animagus and a werwolf is?"

A few hands slowly shot up into the air. He looked around and clicked his tongue, "Miss Black?"

"An Animagus can transform into an Animal willingly and a werwolf has no choice. He will transform into a wolf at a full moon and attack anyone around him. He can't even recognize his own friends anymore." She explained. Of course she knew about both.

For two obvious reasons, they had studied both in school already and well, she and her uncle were animagi and her other uncle was a werewolf.

"Yes Miss Black, could you perhaps enlighten us about the unforgivable curses as well?" He switched up the topic completely and raised the eyebrow above his normal eye.

She swallowed and nodded shortly, "The Killing Curse, the Cruciatus Curse and the Imperius Curse." She listed, counting with her fingers.

"Oh I knew I could count on you to tell me those curses. Please tell me, have you yourself ever used one of the unforgivable curses?" He cocked his head to the side a little with a mischievous grin.

Her face dropped and she clenched her jaw to not snap at him immediately. She laid her hands out on the table and took a deep breath in. She knew that he would surely say something like this.
