"Keep your eyes closed." Jasper snickered while holding Cass' eyes closed and walking her further to the room of requirements.
Jasper and Alice had planned a surprise party for Cass' 17th Birthday after she threw a small party for Jasper's. So now they wanted to repay her.
She snickered and put her hands on his to steady herself while walking without knowing where, "I can't open my eyes even if I wanted to."
"Well good." He stated, his voice sounding rather serious until it turned into a soft chuckle.
She felt they were entering a room and then Jasper finally took his hands off her face, "Open your eyes." He whispered into her ear and she could practically hear the smirk.
She slowly opened her eyes to see a dimly sit lit room with many different kinds of drinks and people, "Surprise!" They all yelled in union.
"Oh merlin." She chuckled happily as she saw the decorations above as well. She turned around and hugged Jasper tight, "Thank you." She muttered into his shoulder, "And thank you for telling me to dress up."
She was wearing a blood red silk dress, which covered her body to her mid thigh, with thin straps so it showed enough but not too much cleavage. Though the straps of her black lacy bra were shown.
After she pulled away, he smirked, "Anything for you, Cass babes." He winked and placed a short kiss to her cheek.
She rolled her eyes at his flirtyness and began walking over to the small crowd of people and greeting them all.
She also gave Alice a huge thank you for the idea and the whole planning. She really loved these two way more than herself, even if they were sometimes stupid.
Alice had also pressed a cup full of firewhiskey and some juice into her hand, which she gladly accepted.
Cass gave her another quick thank you before continuing to make her way through the people. She greeted a few Hufflepuffs, among them Cedric and Hannah. Then a few Ravenclaws and some of Alice's friends. She was a little shocked when she saw more Slytherin's than just Jasper having fun. Yes, she had other Slytherin friends obviously because they'd been in the same house for six years, but she rarely hung out with them outside of the common room. And last but not least, she greeted Gryffindors, among them Lee, George and Fred and she was quite proud of herself when she even held a civil conversation with the three of them, though she didn't look Fred in the eyes much. Or better yet, she barely even acknowledged him.
