CHRISTMAS
<————•••————>
Arthur Weasley had made it back to the black mansion.
He was still hurt and carried around in a wheelchair but everyone was able to spend Christmas with him.
"A toast to Harry, without whom I might not be sitting here right now." Arthur held up his glass and a few 'to Harry's followed.
Then Molly began distributing gifts. Her children, Harry and Hermine all got some sort of knitted clothing.
They had put on their scarfs and pullovers while Sirius and Cass had exchanged gifts. Sirius had gotten a picture of him, Remus and Cass together. She had written a long letter on the back and Sirius almost shed a tear after he finished reading it.
Sirius had gifted her a few records of muggle bands he liked listening to at her age and a few items of clothing she had wished for.
She thanked him and hugged him tightly before sitting down next to Fred again.
The two had decided not to hide from his mother.
Cass then got earrings and a matching ring from Hermine and Ginny and make up she wished for from Harry.
After handing Ginny a scented candle she squealed over, Hermine a book she wished for and Harry movie tickets for him and Ron because they wanted to watch a muggle movie, she turned to Fred.
"I also have a gift for you." She mumbled with a smile.
"Good that I got you something as well then." He smirked.
She rolled her eyes playfully and gave him a box.
He opened it and his eyes widened while his mouth fell open, "No bloody way."
"I know it's not much..." She trailed but he was quick to interrupt her thoughts.
"Are you kidding me? You know I've been wanting this cologne forever and the hoodie is gorgeous. Thank you." He smiled at her.
The others at the table were still preoccupied by handing out their gifts so they didn't notice their little moment.
Cass had taken a red hoodie and placed kisses with black lipstick in a heart right over where the human heart would be.
"Now my gift." Fred smirked.
He took out a significantly smaller box and handed it over.
