—-I didn't feel like getting up,but with the baby on my bladder I needed to go pee. Wiggling out of Chris's hold I chuckled seeing him reaching for me half asleep.
"Where you goin' mama?" His speech was muffled by the pillow from the him resting on his stomach.
"Just to the bathroom, the baby is on my bladder real bad." I said before scurrying to the bathroom, after handling my business I wiped, flushed, and washed my hands before going to get back into bed with Chris.
I smiled at the fact that he already had his arms open for me as I laid down, I sunk into his hold as my body began to relax, his hand rubbed my stomach before he sat up and planted a kiss on my bump.
"Hey baby, it's daddy. Mommy and I love you so much." He said before looking up at me, his long lashes fluttered as he blinked at me before he laid back down.
"She's moving around." I said as he kept a concentrated gaze on my stomach before placing his hand on it once more, I felt the love radiating off of him.
"I've been reading stuff online about pregnancy, someone said if you're craving salty foods it means you're having a boy, but if you crave sweets you're having a girl. But I think that's just a myth." He shrugged before looking up at me.
"Yeah, that does seem like a myth to me. I crave sweets one minute, then the next I crazy salty stuff. I don't know, pregnancy is kinda weird." I said a she chuckled before getting up from the bed.
"It is, I feel like I have symptoms too. Like craving." he stretched his limbs and groaned a little before sauntering to the bathroom.
"I think men can have cravings, sometimes they'll even have morning sickness it's like our bodies are in-sync or something." I said loud enough for him to hear as I pulled the covers for my body, reaching for my phone I scrolled down to my mom's contact before pressing the FaceTime icon, holding my phone up as it connected I smiled hard seeing Mason on the screen.
"Hi baby!! Mommy misses you!" I said as he giggled, his loose curls bounced as he ran to my mom showing her that I was on the phone. She signed for him to talk to me while she made his lunch, I could help but smile at his as he showed me a few new toys.
"Grandma is spoiling you! I see, wanna say hi to daddy?" I questioned as he nodded and Chris poked his head into the screen waving before grabbing my phone.
"Wassup little man! We miss you! You be good- Oh? you got a new toy car? that's so dope!"
I smiled at their interaction as I opened my suitcase debating on what I planned on wearing, I couldn't decide on a jumpsuit or leggings. I knew that I just wanted to be comfortable.
