CHAPTER 12: REN'S 5TH BIRTHDAY HAS ARRIVED

After arriving back in Kyushu, I went into our house. Once I got inside...I noticed Keigo, Rose and Ren playing outside in the backyard. I got to the door that leads to the backyard, I stood there as I noticed the three of them talking.

"Is mommy here yet?" Rose asked. "Yeah, the two of us want to ask her if all of us can go to the park so the two of us can play with our friends" Ren said. "I'm going to call her right now" Keigo said as he's calling me on his phone. I answered it. "Hey, where are you songbird? Is your flight delayed? Or are you still stuck in traffic getting here?" Keigo said. "I'm standing right behind you" I said as Keigo turned around and the three of them looked at me.

"Mommy!" Rose and Ren said as the two of them came up to me and hugged me when Keigo walked up to me. "Mommy...can we go to the park please?" Ren asked. "Yeah, all of us can go to the park later" I said as Rose and Ren nodded their heads as the four of us were heading back inside.

Me and Keigo were in the kitchen making Ren's birthday cake as the two of them were watching some cartoons on the TV. "Do you two want to lick the batter from the bowl?" Keigo asked as he stuck his head round into the living area. "Yeah!" Rose and Ren said as the two of them were jumping up and down a little on the sofa as I heard him laughing a little. Today is Ren's 5th birthday. Ren's got lots of presents from me, Keigo, Kenzie, Skylar, Hunter, Rose, my dad, Dane and the Ninja Steel Rangers too.

The four of us were getting ready to head to the park. Me, Rose and Ren were ready as Keigo was getting himself ready. "Hey, Keigo. Rose and Ren are dressed, are you ready to go?" I said as I entered our bedroom to see a shirtless Keigo. "Yeah, let me put this shirt on and then we can leave" Keigo said as I went up to him.

"I really do love you songbird" Keigo said. "I really love you too" I said as the two of us hugged each other as Keigo lightly kissed my forehead. Rose and Ren entered our room. Keigo put his shirt on and then the four of us were leaving the house to head towards the park. When the four of us arrived at the park, Rose and Ren were playing at the park with their friends while me and Keigo were sitting at the nearby bench.

Once the four of us were back home after we've been to the park, it's time for the birthday boy to open his presents. But first, it was time for him to blow out the candles on his cake. Rose and Ren were playing outside while me and Keigo were getting rid all the rubbish from the floor.

After the two of us put Rose and Ren into bed, we went into our room and we were laying down in our bed. "I bet Ren had a great day...don't you think?" I said. "Yeah...he definitely enjoyed himself playing with his friends and playing with his new toys" Keigo said. The two of us went to sleep straight away.
