CHAPTER 19: TARGET: TOWER

All of us were looking at the monitor. "There we were...taking them outside...just like Liam wanted us to do. That's what happened when our memories were hacked. We had no idea that we were stealing those Transporters for Evox" Roxy said. "How many did he get?" Commander Shaw asked. "Three of the Mega Transporters" Ravi said.

An alarm beeped. "What's that?" Steel asked as he was looking round the room. "The stasis pod" Nate said. "Liam!" Blaze said. "The pod's circuitry has been overloaded with something" Nate replied. "But how?" Steel asked. Natsuo found a hard drive. "By this. Liam's handy work" Natsuo replied. "So he did more than take Transporters" I said.

"Is he going to be ok?" Blaze asked. "The pod's entire life system were damaged. If he doesn't wake up soon, we may not be able to save him" Nate said. "What? There must be something that we can do" Blaze said. "I will try but I'm not sure if we can fix this" Nate said. You may not have to"" Natsuo said. "If we can destroy his avatar, then he will wake up, right?" Roxy asked. "That's right" Nate said. "That's what we got to do, whatever it takes" Ravi said. "Let's go" Steel said. 

All of us started to leave the base. "Hold on. Don't let your emotions cloud your judgement Blaze" Commander Shaw said. "But Liam is in danger" Blaze tried to argue back. "While Evox has those Mega Transporters, everyone in the city is in danger" Commander Shaw said. "You're right, Commander. We have to figure out what Evox is planning" I said. "Scout the city. Find those Mega Transporters" Commander Shaw said.

All of us were Morphed and stopped the Tronics from getting Ben and Betty. "We got your backs guys" Roxy said. "No sign of Liam's avatar" Ravi said. "The Mega Transporters are that way...in a grey van" Ben said, pointing in a certain direction where the van was. "Great work you two" Blaze said. "Let's go" I said.

All of us found some more Tronics. "Let's get 'em Rangers" I said. All of us started to fight the Tronics. "The van's over there" Natsuo said.

"Beast Slash!" we shouted as all of us defeated the Tronics. "Let's get those Transporters, come on guys. Here we go" I said. We got to the van and found the Mega Transporters. "Yes...that's them" I said. "Commander, we found the three missing Mega Transporters. How's Liam?" Blaze asked through his communicator. "His condition is getting worse, we're keeping an close eye on him. Getting those Transporters back to base is your top priority. Don't stop for anything else" Commander Shaw said. "Yes, ma'am. I am on it" Blaze said.

"As for the rest of you, we've detected an incoming Gigadrone in Sector Echo 1-5. I'm deploying your Zords now" Commander Shaw said. "Roger that, Commander. Let's head out" I said. All of us left.

All of us were in our Zords.

Nate and Steel formed the Striker Megazord as the Racer Zord went into Battle Mode.

"Rapid Blast!" Roxy shouted.

"Plasma Blast!" I shouted.

All of us attacked the Gigadrone.

All of us started to fight the Gigadrone.

Nate and Steel finally defeated the Gigadrone.

"Virus Eliminated!" Nate and Steel said as all of us were cheering.

All of us were back at the base. Blaze came running in. "Liam. What? It didn't work, I managed to destroy his avatar so why didn't he wake up?" Blaze asked. "I'm so sorry, Blaze. I don't know" Nate said. "Blaze, get out here, now" Commander Shaw said. Blaze walked towards Commander Shaw. "You've disobeyed a direct order. You just put Liam ahead of the entire city. If Coral Harbor is destroyed cause Evox has those Mega Transporters..." Commander Shaw said. "It will be on me. I know and I am sorry, I - I - I should've brought those Transporters straight back here" Blaze said. "I know. I am sorry too about Liam" Commander Shaw said as she placed her hand on his shoulder. "Thanks Commander" Blaze said.

An alarm beeped. "Incoming call" Commander Shaw said. All of us checked the monitor to see who it was. "Guys, guess what...me and Ben just found one of the Mega Transporters..." Betty started to say. "In Sector Foxtrot 3-7" Ben said. "There's a tower there. Evox must be trying to steal it. Go!" Commander Shaw said. All of us left the command center.

All of us got to where Ben and Betty are. "We manage to spot it while we were walking back to the command center" Betty said. Nate is checking the direction it was pointing at. "It is directed at the Morph X Tower. The other two Transporters must be hidden around the tower somewhere nearby. We need to find them" Nate said. "Hey Kanan!" Dane said. "Hey Dane" I said as I walked up to him. 

Scrozzle and some Tronics appeared. The civilians {including Dane} were running away from the scene. The others were fighting the Tronics. Then the Tronics fired at the others. The others fell onto the ground. "Guys, are you ok?" I asked. "You may've destroyed Liam but you won't stop me at all" Scrozzle said. "Oh yeah, you've made it to the boss level but you won't win" I said.

"It's Morphin' Time!" I shouted. All of us summoned our Morphers onto our wrists as Nate and Steel got their Morphers in their hands.

"Activate Beast Power!" we shouted as all of us Morphed.

"Unleash the Beast!" all of us shouted.

All of us started to fight. Natsuo summoned his Beast X Saber and Beast X Blaster and combined them to fight the Tronics. I'm going after Scrozzle but I got myself trapped with some wires as I demorphed after I got hit. "This tower belongs to Evox!" Scrozzle said as he activated the last Mega Transporter. "No!" the others called out as Dane was running up to me. The others tried to stop it but they couldn't get there in time when me, Scrozzle and the Morph X Tower got teleported. "No! Kanan!" Ravi said.

All of us were back at Grid Battleforce. "Rebuilding Scrozzle's Cybergate from these pieces is our best bet to rescue Kanan" Nate said. "I'll have our technical department gather in the hanger to reassemble it" Commander Shaw said. "So, that's our plan? Just charge into Evox's base?" Roxy questioned. "You might be able to save Kanan but..." Toothless started to say. "But that snake has all the Morph X he could ever want. Who knows what terrible things he has planned" Natsuo said. "We have to save Kanan, we aren't losing another friend today" Blaze said. "Yeah, she managed to save us, now we've got to save her" Ravi said. All of us agreed.

An alarm is beeping. "The pod! Liam! What's happening?" Blaze said. All of us went to check on the pod. "He's waking up" Nate replied. "He's waking up?" Blaze questioned. The pod opened as Liam woke up. "Hey Liam" Blaze said. "Hey bro" Liam said. "Don't try to get up" Blaze said as he stopped him from getting up. "No, I have to. You guys need to listen to me carefully" Liam said while looking at us. "What is it?" Blaze asked. "My mind was connected to the evil Liam. I saw what he saw, heard what he heard. I don't know what they are planning to do with the Morph X they just stole. Scrozzle learned from me on how to build a body for Evox. When his new body is complete, Evox will be able to teleport back from the Cyber Dimension and destroy us all" Liam said. "If he does, he will take over the Morphin' Grid" Roxy said.
