CHAPTER 29: THE EVOX SNARE

All of us were in a room. "For months, Evox has been using Mr Romero's body to appear human but all that we know is that human DNA can corrupt his virus. By my calculations, a lengthy exposure just made him very dependant on Morph X to survive, he really need loads of it" Nate said. "When he realizes that the city supplies are going away, he will get very desperate and all of us think that he will show up in person" Roxy said. "And that is when we will hit him with this" Steel said. "A Hyper Freeze Arrow" Natsuo said. Steel opened up a case to reveal the arrow.

"Speaking of the subject, did you let your dad and Mr Romero's sons aware of the situation?" Commander Shaw asked. "Yeah, I did. They are on lockdown until we get Evox out of his body" I said.

"It's a tricky shot but I made a new formation, the Beast X Ultra Cannon. It's perfect to shoot the arrow at Evox" Nate said. "Woah, the Ultra Blaster and the Beast X King Ultra Bow combined?" Blaze said. "Ben and Betty, bring in the target" Roxy said. Ben and Betty brought out a mannequin dressed in a tuxedo.

"Alright Roxy, ready when you are" Ben said. "Thanks, guys. Ok" Roxy said. Roxy shot the arrow and it freezes the mannequin. "It is pretty impressive huh and thanks to my genius brother, it is hard as a diamond" Steel said. "And cold as ice. So there's no way out" Natsuo said.

"Nice work, guys" Ravi said. Ben and Betty checked the tuxedo that was encased with ice. "You mean that our dad's wedding tuxedo is stuck in there?" Betty asked. "Wait, that's your dad's tuxedo?" Nate questioned. "Bad idea, huh?" Betty said. "Yikes, we need to get it out" Ben said as he grabbed a jackhammer.

"It isn't going to break" Nate said. "We see about that" Betty said. Ben started the jackhammer as he went into the ground and fell into the hole. "Oh no! Ben, don't panic, I will get you out of there in a jiffy! No pro-" Betty said as she fell into the hole too.

"Are you guys ok?" Roxy asked. "We are ok, no problem" Ben and Betty said. "So, after we freeze Evox, how do we separate him from Dane?" I asked. "I, uh, have not figured that out yet" Nate replied. "Kanan, right now our first concern is to stop Evox. After that, he will remain frozen until Nate can find a safe way to save Mr Romero" Commander Shaw said.

"And how long will that take to find a safe way to save him?" I asked. "I don't know, it's really difficult to do. It could take a long time" Nate said. "You mean that Dane could be frozen forever" I said, really shocked. "I didn't say forever" Nate said.

"You might as well have, that's not going to happen" I said. "Hey, I've been working round the clock to find a way to stop Evox but there is only so much that I can do" Nate said. "There has to be another way and if you won't find it, I will" I said as I left the room.

"Nate, the Hyper Freeze Arrow is good work. Get the decoy truck ready to deploy" Commander Shaw said as Ravi and Natsuo left. "I finished working on combining Kanan's and Natsuo's Dragon Zords with the Beast X Dragon Zord. Also, I'm working on a way to combine the Wheeler and Chopper Zords with the Beast X King Zord. We may need it" Nate said. "Good, stay alert everyone" Commander Shaw said as she left.

All of us got to where the Robotron is. "Hold it!" Ravi said. "You twerps are no match for Bulldozertron!" Bulldozertron said. Bulldozer, ey. We are about to bury you"" Blaze said.

"It's Morphin' Time!" I shouted. All of us summoned our Morphers onto our wrists while Nate and Steel are holding our Morphers.

"Activate Beast Power!" we shouted as all of us Morphed.

"Unleash the Beast!" all of us shouted.

"Transport Beast X Saber!" all of us shouted. "That won't stop me!"  Bulldozertron said. "Beast X Cannon Ready! Beast Blast!" we shouted as all of us fired at Bulldozertron. "Let's get 'em!" I said as all of us started to fight.
