CHAPTER 40: EVOX UNLEASHED

A/N: This is the last chapter for this book. And this is the first time that Kanan will Morph into the Red Wind Ranger along with Kenzie. I would be adding the Epilogue too

All of us were Morphed as we were in Grid Battleforce when the news reporter was telling the civilians to evacuate from the city. "People of Coral Harbor, we're interrupting with an urgent announcement from Grid Battleforce" Muriel said. Commander Shaw and Mayor Daniels walked up to the front of the camera. "Evox is currently taking control of the Morph X Tower Network as Towers from around the world are sending pure Morphin' Energy into Tower One, in the heart of Coral Harbor" Commander Shaw said.

"Evacuation of the city is already underway, everyone needs to be far from the Morph X Towers as possible" Mayor Daniels said. "Grid Battleforce will stay and protect our home. You can count on us" I said. "And cut! It will go out to every channel" Muriel said. "Good, thank you" Mayor Daniels said. The others just left to get prepared while me, Kenzie and Natsuo stayed behind.

"Hey, Commander..." Rei started. "Can we have a word?" Tomie asked. "I only have a minute" Commander Shaw said. "It's about my son...Natsuo" Rei said. "And my daughter Kenzie and my daughter in law...Kanan" Tomie said. "We're about to leave the city..." Rei started to say when Commander Shaw nodded a little. "Please, let us take the three of them with us" Tomie said with a little bit of worry. "I'm sorry but they are really critical to our success" Commander Shaw said. "Can we see the three of them to tell how proud we are of them" Rei said. Commander Shaw looked at us as she nodded her head a little. "You don't need too" Natsuo said as they looked at us. The three of us took our helmets off. "We already know" I said. "Hi mom" Kenzie said.

"Natsuo?" Rei said as she looked at him. "Kanan? Kenzie?" Tomie said as she looked at me and Kenzie. "Sorry that we can't go with you" I said. "It's ok, at least we know you three are protecting the city" Tomie said. "Sorry that I didn't tell you before" Kenzie said. "It's ok" Tomie said. "We're so very proud of you" Rei said. "If the time comes...can you give this to Keigo and our kids" I said to Tomie as I gave her the envelope. "If and when the time comes...I will give it to them" she said. Then the three of us left to go towards the lab.

All of us were in Nate's lab. "Load this into the Ultra Bow. Do it really carefully though, we don't have time to make another one" Nate said, handing Ben the arrow. "You got it" Ben said. "You know...distracting Evox can help us hit him with the antivirus" Ravi said. "But his hacking has made him immune to our weapons so how can we fight him?" Steel questioned.

Me and Natsuo came out of the vault. "Don't worry, guys" Natsuo said. "We have something planned that he will never forget" I said. We had placed the two cases onto the cart. Suddenly, the alarm beeped. "Evox just appeared near Tower One. It's go time, Rangers" Commander Shaw said. "Roger that, Commander. Position that for transport, ok?" I said. "Absolutely" Betty said as she pushed the cart away.

"What's in those cases?" Roxy asked. "We'll explain on the way" I said. All of us left to head towards the location.

All of us arrived at the location. "The universe will be so much better when I cleanse it from humans!" Evox said. "It's you that the universe will be better without!" I said. "Have you not learned? Fighting me is futile!" Evox said. "Hey, Blaze. How about you take the lead on this one?" I asked. "Will do Kanan" Blaze replied. "I've made you Evox but today, we're going to destroy you, as a team!" Nate said.

"It's Morphin' Time!" all of us shouted. The others summoned their Morphers on their wrists while Nate and Steel grabbed their Morphers with their hands.
