CHAPTER 39: SOURCE CODE

A/N: I am going to add another villain to help Evox and it's going after Kanan

Blaze, Roxy, Natsuo and Ravi were in a room with their blasters. The rest of us came in. "Blaze, Roxy, Ravi, Natsuo, back me up" Nate said. "Roger" Ravi said. "I'm ready" I said. "Lower the shields" Nate said. "Lowering" I said. "Ready? Fire!" Commander Shaw said as Nate fired at Evox. Nate fired at Evox again.

"Nice shot, Nate. It's working" Natsuo said. "Focus, Rangers. Again!" Commander Shaw said to the others. "Re-energizing" Nate said. Nate just fired for the third time but the shield turned back on. "What the..." Steel said.  "Did you reactivate the wall again?" Nate asked. "No I didn't!" I said. "It wasn't me" Steel said. "And it won't turn back on again" I said.

"It's Evox. Somehow he is controlling the computer" Nate said. "Step by step, my plans have brought us to this moment. You have reach the final chapter of your story" Evox said. Evox went into the computers. "Look out" Nate said. All of us got out of the way. "He's using the computers to access the Morphin' Grid" I said.

"Destroy the computer!" Nate said. Natsuo, Blaze, Roxy and Ravi blast the computer using their Beast X Blasters. "He's getting away!" Steel said. "He's in the system still, he wants to get into the Morphin' Grid but there's only a few computers that will have direct access to the tower network. We've got to destroy all of them before he can get in" Nate said. "Go!" Commander Shaw said to us. "We will start with the command room" Nate said.

All of us went into the command room. Nate has fired at Evox. "Destroy those computers!" Nate said. Natsuo, Blaze, Roxy and Ravi blasted all the computers. "He's getting away!" I said. "He's damaged, is he leaving a trail?" Steel asked as I'm checking the computer. "He is heading to the research room" I said.

"Look out!" Nate shouted as all of us were heading towards the research room. I opened the door and Nate had fired at Evox. Natsuo destroyed the computer. "Now would he go next?" Steel questioned. "It's hard to say" Nate said. My communicator beeped. "Go ahead, commander" I said. "Someone just accessed the vault" Commander Shaw said. "He is in my lab" Nate said. All of us were rushing towards the lab.

All of us saw Evox took out the Cell Shift Morpher out of the case. "That's a Cell Shift Morpher" Nate said. "He's repairing himself" Blaze said. "That's impossible" Nate said. Nate and Blaze fired at Evox but Evox absorbed the blasts. "You're powerless against me now. I'm more than Evox, haven't you figured it out. You, you should now who I truly am" Evox said, pointing at Nate.

"What are you talking about?" Nate asked. "Years ago, you have experimented with old Ranger Technology, hoping to find a new way to Morph" Evox said. "Yes, how did you know about that?" Nate said. "Cause I was there" Evox said. Nate just realized something.

"You were just a foolish little boy, trying to power old Ranger Morphers with some Morph X and Snake DNA. All of your efforts failed until you the Cell Shift Morpher. That DNA became part of my data and I was released into your systems. A dead end for you, a new beginning for me. You are starting to put it together, a Cell Shift Morpher that could only mean one thing. I was Venjix! I have had many forms and my victory is certain!" Evox said.

"So, he's the computer virus that almost destroyed the world?" Ravi said. "No way" Natsuo and Blaze said. "That can't be true, Nate" Roxy said. "Bro?" Steel said. "It's true! I have waited years for you to energize Morph X Towers so I can harness the Morphin' Grid and today, that becomes reality!" Evox said as he attacked us. 

All of us fell onto the ground. Evox walked past us. "No stop!" I said trying to catch up. "Was it true, Nate? What he said? Did you really create Evox from a virus from Scott's Morpher?" I questioned. "It was years ago, I was just a kid" Nate said. "So it is possible" I said. "Yeah, I guess so I might've released Venjix into our world" Nate said.
