I'm always labeled
For being a girl
A nerd
For not playing sports
I'm stereotyped as a know-it-all
Just for being smart
Stereotyped to be a certain religion
When in fact I live a life
Without religion
I'm labeled as weak
A coward without any pride
Because I keep my head low
Labeled as a control freak
Just because I like to know
What goes on
These labels hurt
They sting
I'm labled as a bully
Because I look out for myself
Not everyone else
I'm labeled
These things hurt
They stay stuck to me
Think before you assume
A person is something
Because label-givers
Have labels too
