When you start walking
On any average day
Look beneath you
Not to look down
But to see if anyone needs help up
Only ever look down
Upon another
Unless you are helping them up
Up to achieve their goals of life
And to have the same chances as their fellow man
So help them up before they get trampled
And your day will be brighter too
