Plans X Of X Action

*Kikumi's POV*

I stretched my arms out over my head as I opened my eyes.

"Killua?" I ask, looking for him.

I shrugged and looked at my bruise on my side. Its gone down, but it still hurts alot. I turn into my fox form and attempt to get out of bed. I cringe with every step. I finally make it to Gon's room where this man is talking to him.

"Yip?" I question.

The man sighes and gets up. He walks by me and leaves, slamming the door behind him.

Gon frowns as I try to jump up onto the bed. I whine in pain and he picked me up. He looks at it and sighs.

"It looks really bad." He said.

I rolled my eyes and he laughed, shaking the bed. He frowned again and said

"Kikumi, Killua's been disqualified. He killed two people. One was my opponent and the other was Newt." He said.

I cheered in my head.

'Yay, Newt's dead!! Wait, where's Killua now?' I thought, drifting from happy to scared.

"I don't know where Killua is." Gon said, reading my facial expressions.

"But we can look it up together. Let's go." He told me.

He got out of the bed with me in his good arm. We walked for a little bit, with Gon humming to himself. We bumped into Leo to look for him and Kurapika. Gon was about to walk into a room when Leo stopped him.

"Kurapika's this way. Come on." Leo said, leading us away quickly, with a faint blush on his cheeks.

'No, he's not. He's behind that door. Why are you leading us away?' I question in my head.

Once were far away, he sighed and said.

"Last time this happened, I didn't want to tell you. But it happened again, so this is fair game. Come, but be warned." He said.

He lead us into the room, quietly. I looked around in Gon's arm to see.........

Mikasa and Kurapika sleeping. Kurapika had his arms protectively around Mikasa and she was curled up in his arms, her back facing him. I looked over at Leo and up at Gon, trying not to laugh.

'Aww! That's so cute.' I think.

I paw at Gon to set me down. I land with a quiet thump. They didn't stir. I walked quietly towards them, not making a sound. I snuggle next to Kurapika and he smiles, pulls me into the hug, and goes back to sleep.

'This hug.........Reminds me of Papa and Mama when it thundered.' I thought, on the verge of crying. Before I could, I started to drift off to sleep.

*Gon's POV*

As she starts to fall asleep, I turn to Leo. I jester for him to come and we walk out of the room. Once were outside, I tell him.

"Leo, let's go find a computer and do some research."

"Why?" He asks.

"I want to look up three things. One, my father. Two, where Killua lives. And most importantly, Three, where Sergei is." I said, intensly.

Leo recoiled in shock, but nodded.

We started walking to the library, Leo whistling all the way. Suddenly, a shadow passed over the window.

I ignored it and kept moving to the library.

But the shadow still followed.

*Mikasa's POV*

I rubbed my sleepy eyes and found that I couldn't move. Again. I looked over at Kurapika and, surprisingly, Kikumi.

I looked closely at Kikumi's side and winced.

'Ohh, that looks like it hurts.' I thought, cringing internally.

Kikumi kept her eyes closed while she whimpered. I grabbed Kikumi and stroked her fur, softly.

Kurapika opened his eyes slowly and said

"Kikumi, Mikasa. Where's Gon and Leo?"

Kikumi jumped down and, with a whimper of pain, turned human.

"They...went to....library...." She said, in pain.

Suddenly, her side cleved and she turned back into a fox.

I picked her fragile body and I followed Kurapika to the library.

Once we were there, I found Gon and Leo, bunched over a table.

"Whatcha doin'" I ask.

Leo jumps out of the chair at the sound of my voice.

"Whaaa!!" He screamed.

"I'm sorry to startle you." Kurapika said, calm as usual.

Gon smiled and said

"We're looking up where Killua lives and we found something. Come look." Gon said with a smile.

I felt Kikumi stir in my arms.

"Mornin'. How're you feeling?" I asked.

She smiled and gave a small yip.

"Ok, the next flight to the mountain is in 1 1/2 hours. Let's get going." Leo said, standing up quickly.

Gon took Kikumi and they all left. I lagged behind to log off of the computer when a strange tab caught my eye. It read

'Hunter News'

Magical Beast Hunter loses an eye

The famous Magical Beast Hunter, Sergei, has been chasing a rare and mysterious specimen called a Kitsune. On his trip, the Kitsune cub clawed out his eye, making him wear an eye patch. He calmed the beast to be harmless, but not to be approached.......

I stopped reading and grinned, darkly.

"He got what he deserved by taking things important to Kikumi and I. But, the next time I see you, you will be a dead meat sack."

I walked away to go catch up with my friends before they left without me.
