Hi, guys. Guess what? Its a Mikasa/ Kurapika chapter. Hope you like it.

*Mikasa's POV*

"Kurapika, I love you. I would do anything in my power to help you find your lost eyes." I said, sitting on his blue covered bed.

He nodded and gave me one of his rare smiles. I smiled back at him, with my silly grin.

My heart fluttered as Kurapika leaned in close, ready to kiss me.

I leaned in as well and......

I opened my eyes and sighed.

'It was just a dream.' I thought, sadly.

I looked down to see blue covers. Looking
to my left and I saw Kurapika, fast asleep.

'Maybe it wasn't just a dream.' I thought, looking at his sleeping face.

His eyes flutter open and he says

"Good morning, Mikasa."

"Rise and shine, sleepy." I replied.

He got up out of bed and we went downstairs for breakfast.

I went into the kitchen and started cooking, a smile on my face.

*Kurapika's POV*

I watched as my girlfriend went into the kitchen to cook.

'I have the best girlfriend. I just wish I knew more about her.' I thought.

I listened to her hum a aimless tune as she cooked and the smell of eggs filled the air.

"Ready! Get them while their hot." Mikasa yelled as she brought out two plates of scrambled eggs.

"Here you go." Mikasa said as she dropped the plate in front of me.

"Thank you." I told her, giving her a small smile.

She leaned over and gave me a peck on the cheek, making my face tinted pink.

"Aww, someone's blushing." Mikasa teased.

"Hey, Mikasa?" I asked, gaining her attention.

"What?" She said, with a smile.

"What's your past like? I don't mean to pry." I said, carefully, not wanting to offend her.

The smile slowly dropped from her face. She looked at the clock and said

"Look at the time, I have to go now. Bye!" Mikasa yelled as she flew out the door, leaving her breakfast untouched.

'I upset her. How?' I asked myself.

*time skip* *Mikasa's POV*

I was walking down the sidewalk, humming an aimless tune.

'Oh, the library is really close to the grocery store. Yay!!' I thought.

I walked into the grocery store and I bought the food that was on the checklist.

Milk √
Eggs √
Bread √
Etc..

I rolled my shopping cart over to the checkout line.

I'm still humming my tune and I pay for the food.

"Thank you, have a nice day." The cashier said.
