Marty then woke up with a headache, the entire room was dark and there was only a figure who looked like his mother

Mom, mom is that you? asked Marty

There, there now, you've been asleep for many hours now said the stranger

I had a horrible nightmare, I dreamed I was in a western and I was being chased by all these Indians and a bear said Marty

"Well you're safe and sound here now at the McFly farm"

McFly Farm?! Marty exclaimed

Then suddenly the lights and the sight of her startled Marty, but this wasn't the first time this happened, in 1955 it was when he saw her mother as a teenager, in the alternate 1985 it was the sight of her mother as a depressed alcoholic with big breasts, but he had no idea who she was she looked like her mother but knew she must be related to him and Chris.

You're my-, my, who are you? Marty asked

the name's McFly, Maggie McFly said Maggie introducing herself to this stranger

McFly, Maggie? said Marty

That's Mrs McFly, don't you be forgetting the Missus, what might your name be sir? Maggie asked

Marty didn't think of an alias before he left, but being as how he was in The Old West there was only one name that came to mind.

Eastwood, uh Clint Eastwood said Marty

Well you hit your head Mr. Eastwood, not too serious but lucky for you Seamus and Frank found you when they did said Maggie

Seamus and Frank? Marty asked

Seamus is me husband and Frank is our friend, he and his wife Mary and daughter help us out on the farm from time to time said Maggie

Then suddenly a lady and her daughter came into the room, she was Mary Bain and her daughter Sarah Scott-Bain, they were both very glad that this young man they found was alright, but they were also very curious about him.

Is he alright, Maggie? asked Mary

Don't you worry Mary, he's alright said Maggie "Mr. Eastwood, this is Mary and her daughter Sarah, girls this is Clint Eastwood"

Nice to meet you, Mr. Eastwood said Sarah

Nice to meet you too said Marty

Suddenly Maggie heard the sounds of a baby fussing so she went to deal with it.

Now excuse me Mr. Eastwood, while I attend to William said Maggie

Marty then got out of bed as saw Maggie attending to an 8 month old baby boy, her son William McFly, and from what Marty knew about his family history William McFly was his great-grandfather and the first McFly born in America.

It's okay, Will said Maggie as she stopped him from crying

Hey Willy said Sarah as she tried to make William laugh

That's William? asked Marty

Aye, William Sean McFly the first of our family to be born in America said Maggie introducing her son to Marty "it's okay Will, this here is Mr. Clint Eastwood visiting, he likes you Mr. Eastwood

Then suddenly the front door opened and in walked in Seamus McFly and his friend Frank Scott, they just got back from hunting, they had hunting rifles and they both were carrying dead rabbits

Maggie, we've brought supper said Seamus

After a little while, The McFlys with a little help from their friends Frank, Mary and their daughter Sarah made supper, which consisted of cooked rabbit, corn on the cob, and mashed potatoes and Marty was served with a plate of food, while they were eating Seamus was curious as to how he came to find him out here in the middle of nowhere.

I don't want to pry into a man's personal affairs but exactly how is it that you came to be way out here without a horse, or boots or a hat? asked Seamus

Well my ca-horse broke down and a bear ate my boots and I guess I just forgot my hat said Marty

How could you forget a thing like your hat? exclaimed Maggie

Would you like some water, Mr. Eastwood? asked Sarah as she held a water jug

Uh yeah Marty responded

Sarah poured some water into Marty's cup and instead of the crystal clear water he was used to, the war was tinted and it didn't look very drinkable to him.

Well Mr. Eastwood, I was just curious what were you doing out there all alone in the desert? asked Mary

Oh well I was looking for a way to Hill Valley, I'm looking for someone Marty answered

Who exactly were you looking for? asked Frank

"I'm looking for my friend and my brother, they work as blacksmiths in town they're-"

Doc and Chris Brown? Sarah interrupted

Sarah, it's rude to interrupt Mary scolded

Sorry, mother said Sarah

Wait a minute, you know Doc and Chris?! Marty asked Sarah

Of course, I'm friends with Doc's nephew Chris said Sarah

Marty then remembered the photo he saw at the Hill Valley Library and the carvings at the mine, she was one of Chris' friends, one of the Treasure Trio.

So your Chris' brother, I've heard such good things about you said Sarah

Thanks said Marty

After Marty explained his situation to his ancestors and to the Bain family, they were more than willing to help him get to Hill Valley.

I'll tell you what I'll do Mr. Eastwood, I'll help you find your blacksmith friend and your brother said Seamus "you can stay the night in the barn and tomorrow The Bains will take you as far as the railroad tracks and you can follow them straight on into town, I'll even give you a hat

Maggie then started sighing in disgust, as she knew her husband had a terrible taste in hats, a trend that would follow Marty's family as his grandfather wore a flashy looking fedora back in the 1930's.

The Bains then left after they had their dinner, that's when baby William started getting fussy again Seamus then went over and carried him out of his crib to calm him down

Ah, that's quite a William, sweet Will said Seamus as he made William calm down

Seamus, a word with you said Maggie

Can you hold him for a minute said Seamus as he handed William over to Marty

As Marty bobbing William up and down and making him giggle, Maggie and Seamus had a private conversation Maggie was a little concerned about Marty as he seemed like a strange guy.

Sure you're not after bringing a curse on this house taking him in like that?, he's such a strange young man said Maggie with concern in her voice

Aye, but I've got a feeling about him Maggie looking after his is the right thing to do, that's important said Seamus

Seamus and Maggie looked over at Marty playing with baby William, he normally would cry around strangers but for some strange reason he felt comfortable around Marty.

Look how the baby takes to him, little Will never takes to strangers it's almost as if...he's connected to us said Seamus

Marty was playing around with William, he heard stories about his great-grandfather, he never thought he'd be this cute as a baby.

So you're my great-grandfather, the first McFly born in America said Marty

Marty then felt something wet on his leg, and baby William started giggling

And you peed on me! said Marty
