"They've moved up the vampire ball" Truman said into my ear. "They're trying to lore out jacob."
"The vampire council is desperate." I said
"Those old goats are shaking in there boots" Truman agreed.
Almost every vampire alive has been reset once in there lives. All except the vampire council, the longest alive among them they reined Supreme, gaining more knowledge and strength with time. Jacob wanted to be the next them, had to be.
"So this little play is bound to go down then." I said
"Are you going?" Truman asked me
"Cassies abilities seem to be pointing us towards it or I'd say no." I said
"Maybe he won't strike then." Truman said
I sighed into the phone "I doubt it" I said.
"So what now?" Truman asked
"Now that the rumors spread wide enough about cassie we go home." I said deflated, I didn't know what else to do.
"Me and migel can come by and help keep an eye in Kansas city." Truman offered
"That'd be appriciated." I said and rubbed at my neck while I paced the room.
We were in Jamaica now, the last stop to our little get away. Cassies family anxious for her to come home, and the reassurance from roman that every vampire knew about cassie getting kicked out by the council convinced me to finally go home.
Roman. That was an interesting talk, with the promise of a reset it ended badly. Or we'll depending on how you viewed it, the man would be reset by me one day, after this mess I'd come for pay back.
"I'll see you in kansas" Truman said
"By man" I said
I looked down at my bed, my passports and license spread out on the comforter. Scooping them all up I placed them on the dresser, freeing up space on the bed for me to sleep in. I groaned as I stripped off my shirt and launched myself at the mattress.
"You up?" I asked into cassies mind.
"Yeah" She sleepily responded
I smiled to myself, her sweet voice filled with longing to be asleep.
"Pack your ball gown the vampire ball got moved to next week." I said into her mind
"Why so soon?" She asked
"The vampire council is trying to lore out jacob" I responded Back.
"Makes sense." She said "why not kill all the vampires at once?"
"Intel says jacob is readying his forces now. Explains why I haven't felt any demons in awhile." I said.
"Michel well be ok right?" She asked
"What does your gut say?" I asked
Or that book for that matter. As if she was the mind reader she said "The book says they attack at the vampire ball. Destiny"
The universe is possibility with destiny. I've heard that phrase a million times through a million different cassies. If the book said it then I believe it.
"Is there anything else that book says?" I asked my interest peaked she was sharing
"It gives numbers on there forces, when they'll come, and we're inhave to hide. Theres all kinds of information on this jacob." She says
"Care to share?" I asked
"I'll come over" She said "if I can?"
I let out a laugh "of course"
I hear tiptoeing down the hall as she makes her way over to me, I look down, I was nude beside a pair of boxer briefs, I shrugged. If she wanted to come to me at this hour this is what she'd get. The door creeks open and she bursts in, book in hand. She stops mid step and does a once over of my body, her cheeks lighting up with a blush.
"Sorry I didn't know.." She stammered
I put a hand up "I can put on sweat pants if it makes you uncomfortable." I said
Her eyes peeled away from my body then, and the look there was hungry. I gulped down the saliva in my mouth, now very aware of her own shorts, showing off those impossibly long curvy legs.
"I'm fine" She said moving around to sit beside me on the bed. Opening the book to a certain page she set it down and pointed.
"See he has around 4 thousand demons at the ball." She said "and they'll attack on land and sky from the north." She said moving her finger to the next phrase.
"About as many vampires that will be there" I said putting a hand to my chin. "K should call the vampire council with this information"
"Screw them. After they threw me out like trash" Cassie said, angrer lighting up her delicate features.
"Yes but this information may save some lives. We have to think about them." I said
She looked taken aback, as if she forgot in her need for vengeance.
"Does it say we're he's at now?" He asked
She looks defeated, a sigh coming out of her mouth "no only that they attack the ball destiny. It says that over and over."
"Ok then" I said then and leaned over Cassie to grab my phone. Hating the next call I was about to place.
"Tomas?" I said
"Michel what a pleasant surprise finally decide to give me a try?" Tomas said "You know your soulmates new life isn't that cute"
"What? No! I have information on the upcoming attach from jacob."
"How?" He asked
"We found a journal left behind by pearl." I said Her name feeling like sandpaper coming out of my mouth.
"Ow" tomas said "ow gods ok what is it?"
I explained the situation to him and gave him all the information we had, Tomas thanking me and hanging up at the end of the conversation.
"Well I should head to sleep now" Cassie said getting up to leave, I pulled her back down onto the bed taking her lips in mine.
She kissed me back greedily, snaking in her tongue. Gods she smelled amazing, the sweet smell of her arousal turning me on. I felt my cock build and swell, ready for her.

She snuggled into me some then, her wound already healed, I leaned down and licked the last trail of blood from her neck.
Her body shivered and I smiled. Gently placing her down on the bed, she rolled over and I tucked her in. Her mind was still reeling in the bliss of my venom. I kissed her forehead before I left her alone in her room.

I woke up in my bed. I forgot just how I got there, remembering going over a part of the book with michel, then the next thing I knew I was offering up my neck to sweet bliss. My hands went to my face, praying I didn't do anything embarrassing.
"You didn't. You were perfect." Michel said into my mind.
My blush grew as his words made me positive that I did do something, but he didn't say anything else. I got up and quickly got ready, throwing all my stuff back into my suite case. We were going home, finally. I was pretty sure I was fired at my job, not having shown up at my next shift a week ago, I was deffinatly fired. I didn't worry however how I'd pay my rent, the first thing I was doing after I got home was to win the lottery.
Finishing up, I threw the last of my belongings halfazardly in, the bag looking like a mess, I had to fold all my clothes up into the blue tin, shoving it down as I zipped its zipper.
"Ready?" Michel asked
"Ready" I said picking up the bag.
We made our way back to the airport, the familiar signs popping up again, leading us to the terminal. My phone bjrded in my pocket and I ached to call Aaron. I needed to explain how things were going to go from now on, even though I called him the other day. I needed to explain my heads pace, and I needed to find a divorce lawyer.
"Well be there soon" Michel soothed
"Good" I said
We got on the airplane then, snuggling up in the comfortable seat, I watched the plain take off, shaking and shuttering as it lifted off the ground and into the skies.
"So your a chiefs girl this life" Adam called from the seats in front of me. I didn't know why he was talking to me.
"I guess" I admitted
His smile grew "not really much of a sports girl huh?" He asked
"I watch occasionally. But I'd be lying if I said I knew the rules" I admitted
Adam looked at Michel and smiled.
"What?" I asked
Michel rolled his eyes "he wants you to watch one of our games, sense Truman and migel are going to be in town."
"I'm game" I said
"I'd love to play a good game" Roy said "but I bet it's vampires only"
Elise gave Roy a kiss on the cheek "sorry honey" She said
He sweetly smiled back at her, grabbing hold of her hand, the flight attendant eyeing them as she rolled her tray down the isle.
I went back to focusing on my comfortable seat, until Adam's eyes were back on me again, I grumbled. What did he want now?
"Adam" Michel said "let her rest"
But he continued staring at me and I felt a push on my mind, the headache snaking around. Michel growled, and Adam put his hands up in defeat. I stared daggers at the back of his head, not appreciating the intrusion without asking first.
The plane touched down with no further incidents, and I called my mom.
"Mom" I said into the phone
"Honey are you back yet?" She asked
"Yeah the plane just touched down." I admitted "want me to come over tomorrrow?"
"Yes and bring that friend of yours" She said "if he's up for it"
I peered back at Michel, not sure if we were there yet, I left it up in the air, telling her I'd think about it. She offered to make my favorite food if I told her I'd bring him. The witch was bribing me.
"Mom I gotta go now just wanted to tell you know got home safe." I said walking out of the plane and now headed out past security check.
"That's fine. Talk to aaron too. He's been worried about you." She said
"I thought we hated him and didn't care what he thought." I said definsevely
"He's still your husband until you sign those papers. And tell him to quit calling me. I don't have time for heathens." She said
I laughed at her wording "Ok mom.now I really have to go. By love you"
"By honey" She said and hung up.
We were now toward the exit, myself waiting on the group as I hung up the phone and pocketed it.
"You know I'll go with you" michel said into my mind.
"You ready to meet ell? All of Jesus loving elly?" I asked sarcastically
"Yes" he said with a laugh
