"Hello and welcome back to the Chris MD channel. Triathlons, a show of strength, stamina and fitness prowess. Unfortunately I am joined by the man made of glass Theo Baker and the only person in the world shorter then me Lauren Lore. Now today we are going to be attempting a section of the triathlon each picked at random but this is the first video in a series where ultimately we are going to enter a proper triathlon race and race against professional athletes in a triathlon relay. Let's hope Theo's hip makes it that long. Before we get that far today we will be taking one discipline each and it's time to spin the wheel to see who will be doing what," Chris spoke to the camera deciding he could always do a voice over at a later stage if needed as it was quite windy. Theo was swimming, Chris was on the bike and Lauren was last with the run.

"Feeling confident?" Chris asked Lauren after they cheered Theo on at the start line.

"Sure, just been to Ibiza and had two nights out last week, peak of fitness me," Lauren joked a little and Chris laughed. Unlike the first time there was no tension between the two this time, they hadn't spoken about their previous encounter but neither were they ignoring each other like last time. Things seemed very natural with them and they were both relieved.

"We better get to the other side," Chris mentioned and Lauren nodded, blushing slightly when Chris put his hand on the small of her back as she climbed the steps onto the bus which was taking all of the participants to the cycle starting line where Chris would be taking over and Lauren was last for the run.

Overall the team came in nineteenth place out of forty two teams, very respectable for beginners but they had a lot of work to do before they were going to compete with the big leagues. What they had noticed they needed to improve on hugely was the changeovers, something they had failed to practise mainly because they did not do any training together.

"I am absolutely starving now," Lauren complained a little while holding her stomach feeling it grumble.

"I could eat," Chris shrugged. Theo was due to go straight to a physio appointment in order to keep his hip in tip top fashion so the pair bid him goodbye before jumping on the tube in search for some food.

"Where are we going?" Lauren asked just barely hanging on to the overhead handle on the train.

"What are you in the mood for? I was just heading central," Chris admitted not sure where he was going, the train suddenly jolted to a halt and Lauren lost her balance a little. Luckily her body weight went forward onto Chris who steadied her with his hand instead of falling back onto a strangers lap. "You okay?" Chris whispered to Lauren, she just nodded trying to shake off the embarrassment.

"If I had a couple of extra inches there wouldn't have been a problem," Lauren sighed moaning about her height. One of the things Lauren hated about her body was her legs, they were short, stumpy and not shapely.

"I tell women that all the time," Chris replied and Lauren laughed, placing a hand over his mouth trying to muffle her laughs on the carriage so other people wouldn't hear and get annoyed by her. She leaned into him a little bit and whispered in his ear "From what I remember I had no complaints." She bit her lip and smiled as she watched Chris try to stop the blush from rising on his neck and cheeks, he stumbled with his words a little as his thoughts clouded, it was the first time either of them had mentioned either night since their conversation in Harry's kitchen and Chris had to admit to himself it was nice Lauren had admitted she enjoyed it, he did too.

"I think I'm in a ramen or pho mood or something like that," Lauren suggested not wanting to see Chris squirm any further, his face lit up at the suggestion and he nodded in agreement.
