As Elina held Lilith in her arms, she heard passively as to what the priest was saying on the eyes of God or whatever as they stood in Westminster Chapel, today marking the day of the little Holmes' christening.

Of course neither Elina or Mycroft believed in the father, the son and the holy spirit because it was apparent that science would always disprove such faith but they were both inclined to believe in the tradition of such a thing for the sake of family and heritage.

That's why they all found themselves in a place no one really visited since Rudy's funeral. Elina stood with Mycroft besides her at the front of the chapel with the godfathers and godmothers to sanctify this holy reunion. Sherlock and John were godfathers because that much was known considering that they were family and akin to it. Followed by godfathers considering that there was no limit stood Lenny, Jason, DJ which were Elina's choices followed by Sir Edwin, Detective Inspector Gregory Lestrade and Laurent which were Mycroft's choices in the best men he knew. The godmothers named in the ritual was Mrs Hudson, Anthea, Andrea and Irene which for the time being would be left unanimous.

In total, Lilith Shirley Von-Trapp Holmes had twelve godparents who were willing to do everything and anything for the little miss.

Lilith was now twelve weeks old and she was still as cuddly and cute as ever. "No, no." Elina shushed just as water was sprinkled onto her daughter's forehead. "Don't smack yourself. I know you don't like it but it's traditions that define us, define you. At least try to be proud about that." She softly told to the blue eyed girl.

Siger and Violet smiled from their seating amongst the congregation and family as they heard Elina chastise their granddaughter.

In a privately hired restaurant which was from Mycroft's personal viewing, perfect or near to it, Elina watched with a happy eye how Lilith was doted on by her uncles, aunts, grandparents and family.

Even though it was a joyous occasion she felt sad. There was no other word for it. She felt terrible. How she thought about her deceased siblings that day, how she thought of Mary who she saw in Rosie. She thought highly and in kind graces to Rudy who she knew would be proud to have a grand baby of his own.

It just didn't feel right to be in with the celebration knowing all the people she was close to were dead. It was funny really because she always believed she made peace with it all. Obviously deep down, she never did.

"Shall we take a walk outside?" Siger beckoned as he offered his hand. He had watched her from across the table, noticing how she was locked tightly inside of her own head. Elina looked up to him from her clasped hands and she allowed him to help her up before walking around the block outside.

It was a few minutes of silent walking in where Elina allowed her hand to be looped through his arm and for Siger to gently yield his hand over her own. "You've had so much taken away from you, Elina. Even from an early age. This isn't me feeling sorry for you, this is me stating facts." Elina listened to his words carefully and stopped in her pacing just as he turned to face her. "What's wrong, little one?" He asked so tenderly. She could see where Sherlock and Mycroft got it from.
