Jessica Eurus Tiffany Holmes.

Perhaps her deduction could be considered as a design which was advanced. Thanks to her uncle Rudy, she was allowed to do a few courses in her adolescent years with the commitment that it would help her indefinitely. She essentially was home schooled by her temporal therapists under the watchful guard of her uncle and graduated privately with degrees and PHD's under the watchful guard of her half brother. If Eurus allowed herself the chance, she could of worked with Mycroft so long as he could look after her in the big dark world which was given of it.

Thinking of it now, Eurus was the darkness in the world. There wasn't anyone or anything quite as worse.

Hacking, kidnapping and arson were such things which could of been forgiven if dealt with accordingly. However, terrorism, enforcing suicide and rape by brainwashing was something which was not.

To Sherlock, he felt that if Eurus asked for help or guidance from the time she needed it, this could of all been avoided. Of course this was something which was neither his or Mycroft's fault. If anyone was to blame it was the Holmes parents altogether and if it wasn't them, then the introduction to the young Holmes was simply unknown because it could be seen as a glitch.

Perhaps Eurus was defected despite having the gift of scientific and deductive reasoning.

For Mycroft, he did blame himself. He blamed himself for how his little sister turned out to be for the majority of his life but he learned otherwise.

The otherwise being Elina.

Elina Von-Trapp of course had and still has every reason to be a villain but she had the mentality which was strong enough to fight against it. She wasn't devoid to such emotion such as empathy or compassion for Mycroft had seen her help those even after being kicked down.

The only reason now that Eurus wasn't brought to lawful justice was of the singular deduction that were made by both Holmes boys. They didn't need to do anything to Eurus for she would do it herself either as a self-defence mechanism or in the name of guilt, commit suicide.

What stunned the pair more than anything, was that with the time Elina got caught in a explosion, was in hospital with amnesia and now residing at Mycroft's residence, Eurus hadn't made her next plan of action. She wasn't terrorising or brainwashing the staff that watched over her nor was she doing her usual routine as before. She simply sat on the side of her bed or in the corner of the floor, humming and muttering to herself. She drew a few numbers on the adjacent walls which made no sense and sometimes spoke to herself as if she was talking in tongues.

It was interesting to see the notorious Holmes look so lost, afraid and confused. Lost in the realisation that everything she spent years planning didn't work, afraid for herself on what would happen next and confused as to why she hadn't seen people familiar be in the same room as her.
