Summary: The Hexsquad arrives at the Noceda house and everything is going well, until Hunter starts to speak and he's recognized

"Hey mom. I'm back."

Luz's mom rushed forward and hugged her

" Mija, te extrañé mucho. No puedo creer que estés aquí. Pareces herida. ¿Estás a salvo ?" She asked, sounding nervous.

" Sí mamá, estoy a salvo. Estoy a salvo. " Luz replied.

I don't understand what they're saying, but I assume it's good because when Luz's mom pulls away, she's crying but also smiling.

"You must be Luz's friends." She sighed, looking at all of us, "I am so thankful she got to have so many strong kids by her side. Now come in before the rain gives you a cold. I don't know what your immune system is like in the demon realm."

With a reassuring nod from Luz, we all went inside after her and her mom.

"Vee! Luz is back, and her friends from the isles are here too!"

"Be there in a sec!" A voice called from the back of the house.

After a few seconds and the sound of a crunching noise, a girl who looked kinda like Luz stepped out, grinning wide as she ran up to Luz and hugged her.

"I can't believe you're here!"

"I know, I know. It's crazy being back. It's so cool to actually be able to touch you, instead of just talking to you through reflections. And can I just say you look amazing! Finally developed your own look?"

"Well I can't look just like you forever. Especially with you being back."

The girl, Vee, dropped the hug and went into a hall closet. Luz's mom, meanwhile, gave Luz and excited look.

"So, are you going to introduce me to all your friends?"

"Ah! Right. So, uh, that's Willow..."

"Great to meet you ma'am."

"Please, call me Camila."

"That's Gus..."

"Great to meet another human! I'm hoping to be an ambassador between our realms one day."

"Very ambitious young man."

"This is Amity..."

"Hello Ms. Noceda."

"Please, as I said, just call me Camila. You're my daughter's friends. No need to be so formal."

"Oh, uh, okay Camila."

"I knew this would go well." Luz chuckled, playfully elbowing Amity.

"You're right mi amor, I was silly to worry about meeting your mom."

Amity gave Luz a quick kiss on the cheek, and Camila's jaw dropped, making Luz and Amity immediately start blushing.

"Oh, yeah, uh. Amity's my girlfriend."
