I got a letter from padfoot asking if I'd like to reside at Grimwald place i was reluctant at first seeing as it would take some convincing for my parents to agree but i tried anyways and they said yes!

i packed my trunk full of stuff and left to go to grimwald place was i walked to the front door i could already sense the tension in the air as Sirius opened the door and welcomed me inside the house looked quite similar to malfoy manor with its dark interior and subtle tension in the air

Sirius clearly saw my anxiousness and reassured me I already heard the distant quarrel of fred and George and harry walked down the stairs to greet me

"Heya delphini you got your parents to let you come here??"

I shook my head

"Nahh just left really"

Sirius frowned and grabbed my shoulder

"Uhm...do you really think that's good idea?"

"I'll deal with the consequences later its fine"

We walked to the dining room to sit down for breakfast and they started talking about the return of Voldemort
From the second they mentioned it I was silent my mind going to everything I had done that summer

"We need someone who knows him

Sirius said and I looked up at him with a confused look

"Yeah but we dont have that do we Sirius"

Molly said in a snippy tone and I just sat there keeping my silence because I didn't wanna involve myself with everything immediately after arriving

I was walking through the house that afternoon intrigued by the house and its tragic history
I walked past a painting of a stern looking woman in a black dress that looked like it came out the 18th century
She was screaming at me and calling me all sorts of names
She reminded me of my mother and I stood there staring at her

Sirius put his hand on my shoulder

"That's my mother delphini... better not to let her yell at you like that"

"I-its okay she is...like my mother it's like home I guess"

Sirius squeezed my shoulder slightly and led me into a different room

There where a few paintings and he led me to one of three girls
A black haired girl with sharp features
A blond haired girl who looked so scared and a brown haired girl who looked like she had been forced to smile for the picture

I realized who they were

"Is that-"

"Bellatrix lestrange, narcissa malfoy and andromeda tonks"
"Or to me known as bella, cissy and andie"
"My nieces"

Sirius said with a sad note in his voice like he had lost them

"Delphini they weren't always the people they are today-"

I cut him off

"I know that Sirius! I know my mother wasnt always the insane junkie that she is today Okay"

He raised his hand slightly and stepped back a little

"Why did you do that"

"Why did I do what delphini?"

"Why did you jump back like that"

"I didn't"

He stepped forward and grabbed my hands in his own and he bent down a little to be at my level

"Delphini dear you are not at fault
None of this was your fault you are not the fault of your mother's choices I mean... she was doing all of that before you where even born"

"I promise you I wont ever do anything like that Sirius I promise okay"
"But deep down I know... I may and I know i probably wont even realize it until it's too late"

"It wont happen because you will tell me delphini promise me you'll tell me if you ever think about it"
