Part 9 - Lizzie meets Jo (her bio mom)

As we entered dad's cabin we see a woman with dad.

I didn't recognise her but Josie did and say that she is Jo Parker our bio mom.

She asks who are you two?

I say we are the Gemini twins

Jo says I wasn't even showing at the wedding? How is this possible?

Dad says your crazy coven implanted them in Caroline. She is their birth mother.

I say I am Elizabeth in short Lizzie named after my mom's mom.

Josie says I am Josie, Josette like

Jo says me.

I say how is she here?

Dad says don't know. She just showed up.

Dad was asking questions from her through the truth sphere. To know if she is a threat of not.

She answers truthfully and she isn't a threat.

Our moment get broken by Hope Mikaelson. She comes in and says Rafael's dead girlfriend is back. She is at the school. She rudely asks about our bio mom.

I say that's none of your business Hope. It's Saltzman family business and you are not a part of our family.

Dad says Elizabeth please be nice.

I say dad you go with Hope to handle the Rafael's girlfriend problem while Josie and I keep an eye on our bio mom. You know you want to go and solve your dearest Hope's problem.

Josie says go dad we will be with bio mom.

He reluctantly leaves with Hope leaving me and Josie with Jo Parker.

I say you are nothing but DNA. We already have a mom and she is the best and awesome. If you try to take over it won't end good.

Josie says Lizzie

I say Josie I am just letting her know the truth.

She begins to spend sometime with Josie and were bonding over being similar.

I was getting annoyed with that. She was trying to get to know me but I was shutting her down.

I was protecting myself from her judgements.

She says that I know how hard it must be for you both knowing about the merge and killing one another.

Me and Josie look at each other and say what?

She realises that we didn't know about it.

We ask her to tell us about it. After a lots of convincing she told how at 22 we would have to merge and only one would survive, the other one would die and get absorbed.

We both don't know what to say.

We start asking about the merge. How we can escape this fate?

She just says fight for each other. The one with a stronger will would win. It's the battle of the wills.

I was feeling devastated to know that in 6 years time I would have to kill Josie.

Dad comes and says Josie you need to come with me. She begins to leave. I say what about me? He says you keep an eye on Jo. I say ok dad.

I wanted more information about the Gemini curse. So I began talking to her.

I also find a few books on the Gemini coven in dad's cabin which I took.

She says your dad wouldn't want you to worry maybe that's why he didn't tell you.

I say he is more worried about Hope Mikaelson that he doesn't have any time left to worry for us.

You won't tell this to dad that we know about the merge or that I took some books from his cabin.

She says I won't tell him about the books but I would have to tell him about the merge. That you both know.

I say fine do whatever you want.

After a while

Josie and dad come back and dad says Josie do what you did to Rafael's girlfriend.

Jo says it's time for me to go but you must know Ric that I told them about the merge.

Dad says what?

Jo says I didn't know that they weren't aware and I just started speaking about it.

I say no need to get mad at her. She told us the truth while you lied to us for years.

Dad says Elizabeth your mom is trying to find a solution for it. That's why she is gone for so long.

Jo says Lizzie and Josie you both need to siphon off the magic from me.

Dad says Josie can do it Jo. Lizzie is a bit

I say what dad? Unstable. I am going to do this whether you like it or not, want me to or not. I am doing it because she asked me to do. You really think the worst of me dad.

Jo says Ric, Lizzie is quite capable of doing this. She isn't broken. You need to stop treating her that way.

I was in shock that she was supporting me Inspite of everything I had said. She understood me.

I say Jo thank you for saying that. It has only been mom who would support me. I was just protecting myself from your disappointment and judgements.

Jo says oh Lizzie, I know that Caroline is your mother. And I accept that. You have such a big heart, it's okay to let other people see it.

I say others just judge me because of my mental illness.

Jo says Lizzie you would stand strong and don't let them pull you down.

I say ok.

Jo says Josie and Lizzie be good to each other and fight for each other. I was an awful sister to my twin brother. Had I been good to him and fought for him, things would have been different. Always remember that. Promise me.

We say we promise and begin to siphon out the magic from her and she disappears.

Josie is crying while I am just sitting staring at the floor.

Dad says girls we were waiting for the right moment to tell you.

I say when were you going to tell us? When we turned 22.

Josie says Lizzie is correct dad. You should have been honest with us and told us.

I say I need some time to process this.

Josie says me too. It's too much information.

We both leave from dad's cabin with numerous thoughts running in our heads.
