Part 18 - The Merge

Josie says oh MG don't look at me like that. Every super squad needs a super villian.

I say Why did you start practicing dark magic Josie?

Josie replies I wanted to be powerful. I didn't want to remain the defenseless and weak Josie. It all started after Sebestian's fiasco. I decided I wouldn't be weak anymore.

Emma says we will be removing all this dark magic from you Josie.

Josie says you think you can do something then you are highly mistaken. You lot cannot hold me in this cell any longer.

Josie began using her powers and got herself out of the cell and walked away and we just saw that.

We were shocked at the power Josie held. We don't know what to do.

Meanwhile

Everyone knew about Josie doing dark magic and were trying to stay clear of her.

I was busy drinking blood in my room. Suddenly I hear someone coming I shoved the blood bag into the fridge and acted as if I was meditating.

Hope came in and say Lizzie can I talk to you for a second?

I say let's go outside.

Once we are outside my room I say what do you want Hope?

Hope says I want to make sure Josie is back to normal.

I cut her off and say so that you can have your super squad back. I will help but because she is my sister.

Suddenly Josie appears and says how touching.

Both me and Hope get shocked and keep looking at each other.

I say you are organising our birthday party?

Josie says this would ruin the surprise but I will reveal it. She clicks her fingers and a banner shows up saying happy merge day.

I get shocked because merge isn't gonna work and everyone would know my secret.

Hope says doesn't the merge happen at 22?

Josie says it can happen earlier also. 22 is the maximum age when twins must merge. Be ready to lose Lizzie. Don't you dare run, otherwise I would end up killing some students. She leaves

I decided that I won't be attending the party and I would run from here. I cannot let my secret to come out.

I say Hope I need to be somewhere else I will talk to you later bye.

After a few minutes

I pack my things, cloak myself and leave for Richmond. Nobody saw me leaving because I was cloaked. I reach a hotel and got a room for tonight. Then I would leave for the airport for my flight.

Suddenly I hear room service but I didn't order anything. I opened the door only to find Hope and MG standing.

I say what are you both doing here?

MG says you need to come back with us Lizzie, Josie has already started killing students. She has killed Alyssa and she is going to kill in every hour a student.

I say I cannot come back.

MG says Lizzie, Hope has made with potion which wouldn't let the merge be successful.

I say I cannot come MG. Please understand, there is another reason for that.

Hope says there is no other reason but that you are being selfish as usual and you wonder why people think that way about you.

I vamped out and grabbed Hope from her neck and pinned her to wall. I growl at her with my vampire face.

Both MG and Hope are shocked and say Lizzie

I leave Hope as my secret is out.

I say I cannot come, the merge won't work. I am dead.

MG says but how? Why didn't you say a thing?

I says because of dad. If mom was here, I would have said it.

I say I cannot come back otherwise my secret would come out too. I cannot let that happen.

Hope you are willing to let the students die? How can you be so cruel Lizzie?

I say Hope I don't want to die for them and they don't want to die for me. It goes both ways but you won't get it. You have my dad's favours.

Hope says you would come with us whether you want to or not. She snaps my neck.

After 3 hours

I was still unconscious, MG brought me in the ring.

I gain consciousness and I say Hope would pay for this. Josie says you won't be alive to take revenge on Hope.

I say you are so wrong Josie.

Josie says I just killed 6 students that's on you Lizzie.

I say that's no you Josie, you have to live with that guilt. Because I had every right not to be a part of this madness. Look what the headmaster is doing, just watching, letting it happen. Why would I die for them when they all think the worst of me. If the situations were reversed they would save themselves and not die for me. Look at their lowered faces, I am saying the truth.

Josie says enough talking, let's begin the merge.

We begin the merge and we both fall down on the floor.
