Strawberries and Darkness

Thanksgiving with...Everybody: Part 3

At that moment, Peacemaker only could hear ringing. He couldn't hear anything else seeing the dragon in front of him.

Dusky: P-Peace, do you know that Nightwing.

Moonwatcher: That's Clearblade, I didn't think she'd be here.

Darkstalker: Foeslayer...Mother.

Foeslayer: Darkstalker...you're here wait...how can you and Peacemaker be... never mind. But Darkstalker.

Whiteout, when she spotted Darkstalker hiding behind Foeslayer in fear. Darkstalker looked hurt and guilty. 

Foeslayer: What happened here?

Fathom: Darkstalker and Arctic got into a fight, it was quite bloody resulting in Arctic...n-nevermind.

Foeslayer: O-oh, oh no...but hey Peacemaker, you have someone special you can see again. 

Mink: Peace, who is she?

Peacemaker didn't respond. A part of him couldn't speak like chains held his snout closed. Clearblade stood there, staring right at him.

Darkstalker: Oh sh-...this is awkward. 

Dusky: Wait...Clearblade. Isn't that the dragon that got-

Moonwatcher: Murdered. Yeah, she was murdered in the rainforest.

Winter: Somebody actually was murdered in the rainforest.

Kinkajou: They weren't caught.

Qibli: But now that she's here, maybe she could tell us as long as she remembers. 

Clearblade continued to stare at Peacemaker. She smiled and then started slowly walking closer. Peacemaker was stationary, he couldn't move, he was frozen. Peacemaker felt something roll out of his right eye and down on the ground.

Clearblade continued to walk but she eventually stopped right in front of Peacemaker. Peacemaker noticed that her ear had a rose on it. Clearblade lightly grabbed the rose with a  long stem and held it with the tips of both of her talons. She lightly took Peacemaker's talons and held them together. Clearblade lowered her head and Peacemaker slowly did the same.

Clearblade: I'm glad to see you again Peace, I'm not sure if you believe that or not but I truly do. You're special to me and I know you think the same. After all, you've never once forgotten about me, I repeat in your mind endlessly.

Clearblade then took the rose and placed it on Peacemaker's left ear, the stem being tied around his ear. 

Clearblade pulled Peacemaker into a hug and Peacemaker almost collapsed into her wings. Peacemaker started to feel tears roll down from both of his eyes. 

Clearblade: Hello there other friends, I recognized you when I was watching over him after my death. 

Mink: Peacemaker never told me or most of us about you.

Clearblade: Understandably so...you see, although it might not seem like it he's quite broken on the inside, or at least that's how Whiteout would describe him. The rainforest is quite the bundle of memories for him.

Dusky: Y-Your death must've been one of them. 

Qibli: Now since you're here, you must know who murdered you before the school year.

Clearbade was quiet for a bit.

Clearblade: I don't remember. I don't remember as much as you think, my time after my death is quite foggy too.
