~Chapter 22 (Found)~

Kai

I rushed down the stairs to the basement, there was a steel door at the end of a hallway. Please be alright.

I slammed the door open and entered, there was a body on the floor in front of a cell. I could hear soft cries coming from the cell, I rushed towards it and there was Irene hugging someone, thank God she’s alright. I reached my hand towards the body's neck. There was no pulse.

“Kai?” I looked up to see Irene looking at me with tears in her eyes. The other guy that she was hugging also looked up. He looked young but had the same vibrant green eyes as Irene. She immediately got up and ran into my embrace. I lifted her legs so she could wrap them around me. Fuck I missed this.

“You came” she smiled weakly at me. I smiled back placing a small peck on her lips, “of course I'd come.” she smiled before kissing me again.

“Um guys I’m right here you know.” crap I forgot he was here, groaning I let Irene down and turned to the guy. “Who are you again” Irene punched me on the back and said “Idiot he’s my brother, Theo.” I made an oh face and brought my hand out. “Kai, it’s nice to meet you,” he rolled his eyes getting up. This little sh-.

“Theo, Irene’s brother.” He shook my hand. Eyeing me suspiciously. “Guys, hate to break the moment but Vincent is still alive and out there you know.” I smirked and turned to Irene, “I doubt he could get far.” Nobody hurts the people I love and lives long enough to tell about it.

Just then the door opened, and Elliot walked in. Irene squealed and wrapped him in a huge hug. “I missed you too kid” Irene huffed looking at him “you’re literally only a year older than me.” He shrugged and let go walking to me.

“We have Vincent, what do you want us to do with him”

“Take him in a separate plane I don’t want him anywhere near Irene, once we get home, I want you to take him to our main warehouse.” He nodded and went towards Theo, I'm assuming to Introduce himself.

I looked back to Irene she looked tired, maybe it’s a good time we head home.

We’re sitting on the plane and Irenes is lying next to me, she fell asleep as soon as we got on the plane. I’m doing boring paperwork on my laptop, Elliot went on the same plane as Vincent. And Irenes Brother...well I'm not actually sure where he is.

I feel Irene move around on top of me, “Morning sleepy head” she glared at me snuggling back into my chest, Cute.

She's surprisingly calm for being kidnapped. Maybe she's just tired.

I let her sleep some mire until the Pilot announced we would arrive soon, so I woke Irene up and put her seat belt on.

We got back home, and I asked one of the maids to prepare food for us. I'm sure everyone is hungry. I decided to tell Irene about Chocolate later right now she needs to rest.

Irene went to our room to take a shower so she should come down soon.

I decided we should have a movie night after dinner, so I went to the theater room and set up snacks with blankets, I decided to play Irenes comfort movie.

Irene

I let the scolding hot water hit my back. I really needed this. I'm not really sure how to handle the situation. I mean its not everyday you get kidnapped.

Once I was finished with my shower I stepped out and wrapped a towel around myself.

I left the bathroom and went to the closet. I pull on sweats and one of Kai’s hoodies.

Turns out food was all I needed, especially since I hadn’t eaten in a while. I liked this feeling, yeah I did just get kidnapped but still it’s nice to have everyone sitting together. Elisa seemed happy even with what happened to her and Vince. She said and I quote “I’m glad he gonna die, that idoit thought he could mess with my family and get away. I might as well kill him myself.”

Kai told me what happened to Chocolate, so I spent a good 30 minutes crying before changing into pajamas since Kai insisted, we have a movie night.

I leave my room heading down the stairs to the Movie room. Almost everyone was here already. I sat on the couch next to Kai and snuggled my way towards him. He smiled and opened his arm dragging me near him.

Once everyone was here kai played the movie. He picked my favorite movie, Tinkerbell. Throughout the movie Kai would glance at me almost as if I would disappear if he didn’t. We decided to have a Tinkerbell marathon so once the first movie was finished, we watched the next.

It was around 4 am and we were on the 4th movie. Theo was asleep on the couch next to me, and Elsia was fighting about snacks with Elliot. I was trying to stay awake since it was my favorite part of the movie, but my eyes were feeling heavier by the second. “Go to sleep love, I'm right here” that we the last thing I heard before sleep took over.
