Deanna's P.O.V

My slumber was cut into a quick fifteen minute nap when I heard two helicopters flying towards my destination. The loud noise that the two flying vehicles produced rung painfully in my sensitive ears. The sound was annoying yet at the same time I felt relieved that I was finally going home.

Slowly I opened my eyes and stretched. The helicopters were landing not to far from me and I had to hold my hands over my eyes. The sand was flying everywhere and coming through the broken window, causing me to regret not just rolling the window down. I knew it was coming out of my pay check.

Once the choppers had landed and turned off their propellers I grabbed my jacket and spare gun from the seat beside me before climbing out. Although it was warm right now I knew it was going to colder later so I had brought a jacket just in case. However by the looks of it I didn't need it.

"Mockingbird!" A voice yells over to me, causing me to turn on my heels. Agent McNeil was running over to me, a small smile on his face.

"McNeil!" I exclaimed. I hadn't seen the ginger since Beth's seventeenth bash that Tony had insisted he threw. He'd done it for my seventeenth and eighteenth as well as Beth's seventeenth and eighteenth. To Tony they were just excuses to throw a party and get the adults drunk, not that we minded.

"How have you been?" I asked as he pulled me in for a gentle hug, almost like he was scared to hurt me or something.

"I've been good, what about you?" He replied as we pulled away.

"I've been good. Missions have been getting harder but I'm coping." I replied as we walked over to the helicopter he came in and most likely flew. "What about your missions? Fury been keeping you busy?" I asked as we stepped inside the helicopter. He shrugged.

"Eh, this and that. Not much really." He answered. Nodding I took a seat while McNeil climbed into the pilots seat. As well as me and Mc Neil there were two other Agents who I had never seen before. They looked like twins, both with short slowly greying hair and dark brown eyes.

We were around ten minuets into the journey when one of the twins suddenly stood up and grabbed my wrist, yanking me from my seat and onto my feet. A squeak of surprise escaped my lips but all other emotions were quickly hidden and shoved down, just like I had learnt from Natasha.

Without any hesitation I snapped the guys elbow before hitting hard over the head with the butt of my gun. He fell to the ground heavily just as his twin tried to attack me from behind. My hearing picked up the males lightish footfalls. Spinning around I roundhouse kicked him in the temple.

While both brothers lay sprawled across the floor I caught the HYDRA symbol from the corner of my eye, making me swear under my breath. Walking up to the cockpit I grabbed McNeil and pulled him from his chair and turned to the co-pilot who I hadn't noticed before.

"Take control and get us to New York." I demanded, my eyes narrowing. "Or they'll be hell to pay." He nodded feebly as I threw McNeil to the floor and aimed my gun at his head. "I'm not the only one you want am I?" I asked, taking the safety off my gun and tilting it slightly.

The ginger began to laugh like a manic and shake his head. "Of course not. No the boss wants Mockingbird and Angel."

"Give me the radio number." I growled, making him look at me strangely. The radio number of the vehicle Angel's in, five it to me now."

"You think would be that easy. Oh you are still as naive as when I first meet you. It's funny to think-" I cut him off by knocking him out with a swift kick to the head, I was not in the mood.

"You then." I turned to the still shaking male not in the pilots seat. "Give me the radio number or you'll end up like them." I pointed behind me. "And don't worry, I can easily hack this helicopter to auto pilot to take us all back to S.H.E.I.L.D HQ in New York." The guy quivered.

"2468A" He mumbled. (A/N: I don't think this is how radio contact works but for the purpose of this it is.) Quickly I typed what he said into the on board radio. It took me a moment to get through but when I didn't I began yelling my message to Beth in hopes it would get through completely.

"Angel you need to get out of that car now it's full of HYDRA Agents ready to apprehend you! You need to get out no-ah!" Someone grabbed my ankle and pulled me away from the radio, disconnecting the transition at the same time. The persons grip was strong and they dragged me backwards.

Kicking backwards I tried to break the guys wrist but my combat boot covered foot didn't seem to faze him one bit. Once they stopped dragging me I was pinned to some bodies chest and a horrid smelling rag forced over my nose and mouth, the smell making me heave.

My efforts of escape soon became pointless for all my muscles became weak as they were under the influence of what was most likely chloroform. My eyes closed and once again I was pulled into the darkness of a peaceful sleep, unable to comprehend anything else around me.

"We should have known she was going to fight back hard." McNeil groaned, his voice surprised me. I had assumed all my senses had cut but I obviously hasn't fallen completely to sleep. Huh, not such a good does of chloroform. These were great kidnappers, not the sarcasm.

"Well we did expect her to be tired." One of the twins piped up.

"Oh well." The other twin sighed. That was when I dropped into a deep deep sleep.
