"Are you sure about this Fury?" Steve asked as he, the rest of the Avengers, Sofia and the Director all gathered in a conference room. Fury was planning on putting Deanna/Coral, Bethany/Peggy and James into the same room and watch their interactions. He wanted to know their bonds but Steve didn't agree to the idea.

"They won't be able to escape Rodgers, we just want to see their interactions with one another. And if any thing goes wrong with have sleeping gas on stand by and then we will separate the again." Fury replied, turning to face the screen. Steve huffed but also turned, waiting to see if this 'experiment' worked.

Meanwhile inside the room the two girls had already been placed inside. Bethany/Peggy had taken the arm chair in the corner of the room, her back straight and eyes watching the door in front of her. Deanna/Coral was lying still on the sofa and had her back to the door, her eyes watched Bethany/Peggy glare at the door.

Suddenly the door was flung open and the Winter Soldier was thrown inside of the room. Bethany/Peggy watched the soldier scramble to his feet as the door closed while Deanna/Coral sat up from her lying position on the sofa. Her right arm held her weight as she turned her head and faced the angered brunette.

When he turned round James caught sight of the two girls watching him, neither saying a word. The male quickly made his way over to the sofa and bent down in front of the blonde. Deanna's/Coral's eyes followed the brunette, watching as he moved towards her. She didn't flinch away from him, neither girl seemed to mind his presence.

Once he was by the sofa the ex-soldier gently placed his left hand on the blondes cheek and murmured something. Deanna/Coral shook her head and James turned his head to look at Bethany/Peggy, his hand still resting on the blondes cheek. "Have either of you eaten since getting here?" The Winter Soldier asked quietly.

"No." Bethany/Peggy replied. "For all we know it could be poisoned."

"But you need to eat." James said, his anger coming back.

"We can survive just as long as you can." Bethany/Peggy insisted.

"No you can't you need to eat." The ex-soldier growled. Deanna/Coral leant forward slightly and grabbed James shoulder gently. He turned to the blonde who was shaking her head. Instantly the Winter Soldier calmed down and muttered something, causing the blonde to nod and lie back down on the sofa.

"We can't eat or drink." Bethany/Coral rolled her eyes. "We've been trapped by S.H.E.I.L.D, they want HYDRA dead. They'll poison us before we get a chance to enjoy the meal."

"You're going to become weak if you don't eat." James replied.

"We can't trust them." Bethany/Coral snapped back.

"Look you better-"

"Guys stop." Deanna/Coral spoke up, her voice was quiet but managed to silence the bickering brunettes. The blonde sat back up, rubbed her eyes and crossed her legs under her. "Yes we're in a bit of a bad place, but there's no need to fight."

"That's what we do Raven! That's who we are, we live to fight!" Bethany/Peggy snapped.

"But not with each other Cherub." The blonde whispered, her voice small and fragile.

"Sediment!" The brunette female scoffed, standing to her feet and throwing her arms into the air. "Your still showing in after being branded for it! I thought the boss knocked that out of you!" Deanna/Coral was now standing and backing away from the advancing female. Fear shone in the short females eyes.

"Agent Carter that's enough." The Winter Soldier said, also standing to his feet. "That isn't important right now, what's important is-" The male stopped talking as Bethany/Peggy tackled the blonde to the ground and began punching her. Deanna/Coral defended herself but it wasn't enough to match the anger that the female had pent up inside her.

Meanwhile in the conference room no one was watching the screen from past Bethany's/Peggy's statement about sediment and branding. "This is so weird, I don't like this." Tony sighed, shaking his head in defeat.

"What I want to know what Bethany meant about Deanna being branded." Bruce said, his eyes staring down at the floor.

"I don't like the girls new personalities." Natasha said, shuddering slightly.

"I've never meet them but this does seem different to how you all describe the girls." Sofia said in confusion.

"That's because they're never normally like this." Clint replied.

"At least we know how they interact with one another now." Fury reminded everyone of the original task.

"Beth and Deanna argue; Beth and Bucky don't seem to get along while De seems perfectly fine with Bucky, and he with her." Steve listed off. Nothing else was said as the sound of an argument and fighting drifted into the room. Everyone turned back, to the screen to see what all the noise was about.

The Winter Soldier had pulled Bethany/Peggy away from Deanna/Coral and the blonde was now curled up in the corner, her head buried in her knees as she refused to look up. The two brunettes were now fighting, blocking and throwing blows quickly. Everyone's eyes widened at the unfolding scene.

"I want sleeping gas in the room now!" Fury demanded into his ear piece. Instantly the room began to fill up with the invisible gas. Deanna's/Corals body relaxed as she fell to sleep while the two fighting brunettes slowed their attacks. Eventually all three people's were lying on the floor knocked out.

"Told you it was a bad idea." Steve said as Agents began moving the two females and one male to their original rooms.

"Shut up Rodgers." Fury growled.
