"What do you mean you can't track the sender?!" Fury yelled, slamming his hands on the table in front of him. The Avengers and Sofia jumped while Maria and another Agent stood by the door, watching the Director slowly becoming angrier and having a hard time hiding it.

"The sender has some sort of blocked off access code, we can't track them Sir." The Agent stuttered, his head ducked slightly. "We currently have every type of search system up and running to find Angel and Mockingbird, but it's proving a little difficult."

"Well find a way to remove the difficulties!" Fury snapped.

"Sir its not that easy." Maria insisted.

"You are practically the government with access to everything, how can it not be easy?" Tony questioned, leaning back in his chair slightly.

"Don't lecture me Stark!" Fury yelled.

"Yeah Stark why don't you track them if you can do better?" Steve sassed.

"I'm trying!" Stark exclaimed. "I currently have J.A.R.V.I.S hacking every security camera around America searching for the girls. If we can't find them here the the search spreads to Europe and Australia."

"And have you found them?" Maria asked with an eyebrow raised and continued before Tony could get a word in. "No you haven't, neither have we or Bruce and Sofia. So shut up."

"Whys everyone being so sassy today?" Sofia asked, tilting her head slightly.

"This is what it's like, this is the team." Bruce explained to the newest member of the crazy group. "Tony and Steve are always at each other's throats, arguing. Fury and Maria and normal neutral or angry/stressed. I'm just me, Thor is loud, Natasha and Clint just talk to one another."

"And sometimes Clint decides he's going to get involved with the argument to make it worse." Natasha added.

"What about the girls?" Sofia asked. Instantly the argument between the two grown men died and Fury's anger faded mostly. The room went silent. "What are the girls like?" Sofia asked, putting stress on the word 'are'.

"Beth normally tries to stop the arguments and sets the record straight." Steve explained with a smile.

"Deanna normally just out sasses everyone or yells at them to shut up before letting Beth set the record straight, or she sets it straight if she's angry." Clint described the blonde.

"But they both are the most caring Maidens you will ever meet." Thor finished.

"They sound great." Sofia smiled. Suddenly the door burst open and an Agent whispered something to Hill before running back out the door.

"Another video Sir." Maria murmured as she pulled up the newest feed. It screen was black, just like the beginning of all the other videos they had recover. When a picture did appear some cringed slightly while others gasped at the sight before them, not expecting it to be as bad as it was.

The two prodigies were tied to different chairs with gags pulled tightly over their mouths. Both their heads were hanging and two machines hovered over them. The male with the clown mask stood in between the two girls, the clown grin seemed to have stretched further than before.

"Such a shame." The voice from behind the mask sighed. "The boss said these two would be the way to draw you all out but it seems it hasn't worked." The male chuckled darkly. "I guess we'll have to step up our game to get you to step up yours huh?" He questioned.

The screen then turned black again, no body moved or made a sound as they waited. Suddenly the silence was broken by the sound of two muffled screams that filled the room, causing its occupants to flinch and Sofia to let out a small muffled squeal in surprise.

Everyone knew that the sender couldn't be tracked so finding the girls was going to be hard. This tore them up inside as the screens continued. The clown mask then appeared on the screen once more, making everyone jump and Thor to lift his hammer in defence at the strange face.

"Tick Tock, Tick Tock." The male voice began to chant slowly. "Where does the clock stop Avengers? Tick Tock, Tick Tock." With that the feed cut off and the room was lest in silence again. However, this silence only lasted for a few moments until everyone began rushing around again trying every thing they can to speed up the tracking.

A/N

I know I haven't updated in a few days and if you've been following my stories from the first one you'll know that I go through periods of time where I don't update in a while and I never normally give an explanation for it.

However this time I thought I would. It started with writers block, I knew what I was going to write I just didn't know how to do it. Then when I did write the Chapter, Wattpad deleted it all and then refused to let me on.

Then my iPad began to play up and not let me on any app at all so over all I've had a really bad time updating and I'm so sorry. I've been trying and trying but I hope you like the update.

Also if there are spelling mistakes please forgive me!

Plus just a warning: nerve damage hurts like a little so and so! Trust me I currently have it in my right elbow and it is killing me!

Anyway hope you enjoyed and thank you for reading!
