"Come on kid! Shoot your shot! Just like I did! Achoo!" Zoro wanted to hear how Muichiro did it. He had already shown the kid how he was supposed to do it. He expect great things from Muichiro since he's already known to have a harsh tongue.
"Well, here I go." Muichiro took a deep breath.
"That vase of yours is a real masterpiece... if you're into abstract disasters. Did you mold it with your eyes closed or is that just your definition of art? I've heard of unique taste, but displaying that monstrosity takes the cake. Are you sure it's not a tribute to cracked pottery?" A powerful arrow pierced through Gyokko's heart again, causing him to cough blood.
"Is that vase the result of your failed attempts at pottery, or are you just trying to start a trend in horrendous home decor? I've seen better craftsmanship in a toddler's Play-Doh session! Did you run out of artistic talent halfway through making that thing? I've got to hand it to you – your vase perfectly embodies the phrase 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder.' Shame no one can behold that eyesore without cringing" Muichiro fired all his rounds with a blank expression.
"Not bad kid, you got a potential. Achoo!" Zoro had to give it to the kid. The kid's a natural in this kind of thing. Muichiro just stared at Zoro with discontent. He was quite uncomfortable with the Ronin.
"What about my vase is warped?!" Gyokko had enough of it. He's done taking insults from them. He was in fact outraged by the two swordsmen. He pulls out another vase out of nowhere and coated it with Haki. Zoro was shocked. This guy....he can use Haki?!
"Kid, wait!" Zoro tried to stop Muichiro but he was too late. Muichiro immediately
"Blood Demon Art: Octopus Vase Hell!" Gyokko manifested another gigantic tentacles. This time, the tentacles were clad black in metal. Muichiro knows that something is off with these tentacles, yet he charged towards Gyokko as soon as he sees an opening.
*Fwish!*
*King!*
As soon as Muichiro's katana hit the tentacle rather than cutting it cleanly, is produces a spark. As if Muichiro is trying to cut a metal. Muichiro was taken aback. I can't....cut this? Ah, I'm done for. Another tentacle swing towards Muichiro. Muichiro accepted his fate.
*Tap*
*Tap*
*Tak!*
"Kid! Get away!" Zoro shouted. In the act of desperation, he tackled Muichiro to the side. He turned his back on the tentacle, shielding Muichiro and took the hit for the kid. Zoro was slammed and thrown aside.
*Dush!
*Boom!*
"Hyo-hyo-hyo! How was that?!" Gyokko grinned. He was aiming for the brat and the Ronin got hit instead. Whatever, it's his win. He wonder why humans would sacrifice themselves for the sake of others. Its sounds so pointless.
"Zoro!" Muichiro was worried. Because of his recklessness, Zoro took the blame for it. Muichiro gritted his teeth. Zoro was slammed and crash into several trees. Gyokko was left satisfied with his work. Why? Why did you risk your life to save me?
"You're too young to worry about me, you brat!" Amongst the dust, Zoro stand tall with a smile etched on his face. He took the powerful swing directly but he's not injured as much. He had several bruises on his body and maybe a broken bone.
"What's wrong? Is that all you got? You're so weak! That couldn't even kill a fly!" Zoro mocked Gyokko. He was caught off guard by Gyokko's usage of Haki. He never expected demons had the ability to use Haki.
"Then, the next one will kill more than just a fly!" Gyokko takes out more vases. He's ready to attack.
"What was that earlier?" Muichiro asked Zoro a question. Zoro seems to know about it. Hence, the reason why Zoro stopped him earlier. He remembered how Zoro had used the same ability of hardening before.
"Its Haki. More accurately, Armament Haki. The ability to harden specific body parts or weapons. It is unbreakable no matter how hard you try to break it." Zoro explain. Indestructible? Then how are we supposed to beat it?
"Don't worry too much kid. Achoo! I've had worse than this. From now on, follow me. Stay alert. We don't know what he will pull out next." Zoro sheathed Enma on his left hand and Shusui on his right hand alongside Wado Ichimonji that is put in his mouth. This is getting interesting, huh?
"Affirmative." Muichiro nodded. His grip on his sword grows stronger as strange mark began to manifest itself on Muichiro's face. Gyokko noticed that mark.
Hmm? What's that mark? Based on what Lord Muzan said, it's like the mark on the boy with earrings. Why did this brat also got the same mark? Gyokko realized that something is different about the kid.
"Blood Demon Art: Ten Thousand Gliding Slime-Fish!" Gyokko summons a total of ten thousand slime-fish from multiple pots to attack the swordsmen and devour them whole, leaving nothing but bones.
*Fwoosh!*
"Ten thousand assassins will eat you down to your bones!! I'll make you part of one of my pieces of art!" Gyokko laughed. He is sure that he would attain the victory at the end.
"Kid, you ready to fight against that Da Vinci knock off?" Zoro smirked at Muichiro, asking if he's ready to storm into what most would call a suicide. Muichiro also tilted his head in confusion. Who's Da Vinci?
"Don't call me kid. I'm old enough to be a Hashira." Muichiro nodded but seems to be disturbed at how Zoro keeps calling him kid. It annoys him.
"Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! Whatever!" Zoro ignored Muichiro to stop calling him a kid. They both charged against thousands of fish that is looking forward to devour them until nothing is left.
"Three Sword Style"
"Mist Breathing, Sixth Style"
*Swish!*
*Slash!*
*Foom!*
"Daibutsu Giri!!" A series of horizontal sword slashes was released, cutting those smile fish into pieces.
"Lunar Dispersing Mist" Muichiro leaps into the air and performs a multitude of slashes in a somersaulting motion, decimating dozens of fishes all at once.
Wha...?! They cut them all so easily!! Such power and precision!! Where did my poison go?! This is unexpected, but it's no problem. When killed, my slime fish spray poison before it turns to dust! Even better, the poison is absorbed through the skin. It will be the end of them both!
"Kid!" Zoro called out to Muichiro.
"I said, don't call me a kid." Muichiro is getting more and more annoyed by Zoro's antics, but he understood the assignment.
Mist Breathing, Third Form: Scattering Mist Splash! The Mist Hashira performs a powerful and swift circular slash that blows away all the fishes surrounding them.
*Fwoosh!
"Three Sword Style: Tatsumaki!" Zoro spins with his swords to create a dragon-like tornado that blows away the poison, protecting both of them from any harm.
*Whoo!!*
What?! They spun and deflected all of it! Gyokko wasn't expecting them to deflect the poison with ease.
"Now, come here! You shitty vase maker!" Coating his Shusui with Haki, he decided to get back for what Gyokko had did earlier.
Hey, its me author. Which would you prefer?
"Santoryuu: Rengoku Onigiri!"
Or
"Three Sword Style: Purgatory Onigiri!"
