"Well then, I hope that you aren't barking to me. Prove it." Zohakuten is infuriated. He summon five more snake like dragons. Tanjiro gripped his sword tight, and took a deep breath. Trying to concentrate on things at hand.
"I will make sure that you pay for your sins!" Tanjiro exclaimed loudly. He keep his distance from Zohakuten and asses the situation at hand. He knew how hard he tried, if Zohakuten decided to use Haki, he can't do anything. Even if he managed to decapitate Zohakuten, it's useless since it's not his real body.
*Fwoosh!*
A snake dragon slithers rapidly towards Tanjiro at alarming speed. The dragon opened its mouth wide, trying to devour Tanjiro with a single bite. Tanjiro refused to back down. He's not going to die here, not now not ever!
"Come on!" Tanjiro pointed his sword towards the dragon.
*Shoom!*
Tanjiro stab the wooden dragon in its mouth and used the momentum leftover to propel in the air, avoiding the ferocious attempt on swallowing him whole. But it didn't end that easily as another wood dragon attacks him from his left.
*King!*
*Boom!*
Tanjiro managed to block it successfully, but the force that was rammed against him was strong and it pushes him away with a great force. He is slammed on the ground, but he landed perfectly.
The reason why he is keeping distance against the dragons is to asses how long they could stretch, and plan a counterattack. His role here is not to kill the Zohakuten, due to Haki that the demon could use. He is not capable to do it.
The plan is simple, buy as many time as he could. He might not be able to do it, but he believed that someone strong enough will come and slay this demon. The tree stump that protects Hantengu is getting away.
"You're not getting away!" Tanjiro won't let Hantengu leave that easily, not after the atrocities he had commit. He chased after Hantengu.
"You think you can get away that easily, redhead?" Zohakuten stand tall, being a wall that obstruct Tanjiro from reaching Hantengu. Two snake dragons rushed to Tanjiro.
"Don't get it my way!!" Tanjiro is not having it.
*Slash!*
Hinokami Kagura: Raging Sun! Tanjiro creates two consecutive horizontal arcing slashes that cut through the neck of the dragons. Zohakuten was quite impressed by it, but that furthermore explains the reason why Zohakuten must protect Hantengu at all cost.
*Boom!*
Three more dragons approached Tanjiro. Tanjiro knew he must do something to get past these dragons. The other two will be regenerating slower than before. I need to be cautious! I don't know how many cards he hid!
A powerful sonic wave is charging on the mouth of a dragon. Seeing that, Tanjiro immediately knew what was going to happen. That attack.....belonged to Urogi! I need to dodge!
*Voom!*
*Whoosh!*
Tanjiro managed to evade the attack and avoid the powerful damage that could be dealt to him if he wasn't aware of that. If that hit me earlier, my eardrums could burst! As expected! I need to be more cautious! It can use the strength of other Kidoairaku demons! It strength are multiplying!
*Tonk!*
*Tonk!*
Zohakuten strikes the drum multiple times, thunder came down to strike Tanjiro from the sky as it came crashing down the sky!
*Krakkooom!*
*Khtoom!*
*Khtoom!*
Tanjiro is being hardly pressed by Zohakuten with thunder strikes, relentless assault of the dragons and the powerful sonic shockwave.
Hinokami Kagura: Burning Bones, Summer Sun! Tanjiro performs a singular slash utilizing a spiraling motion to protect himself from the dragons. It worked for some time. Tanjiro can't keep on using breathing technique over and over.
I need to stay out of their range and attack when I had a chance! I need to form a plan! Tanjiro tries to stay out of the dragon's range. But his plan was cut short when the dragons opened their mouths and smaller dragons grab Tanjiro.
*Voom!*
"Arghh!" A powerful sonic attack hits Tanjiro the moment he was grabbed. He vomited the insides of his stomach. My eardrums burst! I'm too dizzy to stand up!
*Tonk!*
*Krakkoom!*
*Khtoom!*
Multiple lightning strikes all at once, striking the demon slayer on the ground multiple times. The powerful jolt of electricity flow throughout his body. Crater was created from where the thunder strikes. This is the end. Zohakuten thought
*Fwoosh!*
"Hinokami Kagura: Sun Halo, Dragon Head Dance!" Tanjiro assumes a high stance, before unleashing a number of consecutive slashes in a fluid motion in the form of a Japanese dragon made of solar flames.
*Slash!*

He decapitated all of the dragon's head in one single move. Tanjiro rushed towards Zohakuten in alarming speed. Tanjiro performs a singular thrust towards Zohakuten, utilizing the tip of his blade.
Hinokami Kagura: Sunflower Thrust!
Before it could hit the demon, Zohakuten strikes the drum that's attached to him yet again. From the ground, a gigantic fist made out of wood hits Tanjiro on his chest, he spewed blood. His ribs are cracked.
*Shiuu...*
*Boom!*
Zohakuten raises his eyesbrows. Even after all of that, Tanjiro is still standing strong, pointing his blade at Zohakuten with an intel to kill. His eyes never move from Zohakuten. The demon must admit, this child is annoying but his conviction has impressed the demon.
"Your grit...is admirable. Your determination to push through all of that, despite your injuries you are something else. The lightning strikes earlier is enough to take down a Hashira, yet you're still standing against me." Zohakuten praised Tanjiro for his undying determination.
"There's only two people that would dance in the face of death. It's either the brave or the fool. I had never seen someone that dance between the two. You have truly impressed me, human." Zohakuten continued.
"You might the only human who had gained my respect. If you were a demon, we might get along just fine. Too bad, you're not." Zohakuten expresses what he thought of Tanjiro.
"Any last word?" Zohakuten asked whether Tanjiro had something to say before he depart to afterlife. He's going to make it quick for Tanjiro, painless death.
"Don't....lump me with the likes of you!" Tanjiro sprinted towards Zohakuten, utilizing his Hinokami Kagura one last time.
A huge wooden dragon opened its mouth and devoured Tanjiro whole.
