Injured

"Why the long face? Where are your laid-back attitude earlier?" Sanji taunted them. They were panicking as soon as Sanji revealed their sole weakness. They had to protect Hantengu at all costs. One slip and it could be over for them.

"We'll make sure that you'll never reach him!" Sekido replied. Other demons nodded as well. They coated their bodies and weapons in Haki, not going to hold back. Sanji smiled and raised his right leg which is in flames.

"After I'm done with you guys, I would go after that shitty cowardly demon next! I'll clobber and crush all of you, then grill your sorry asses on flames!" Sanji smirked and rushed towards them with a ridiculous speed.

*Whoosh!*

"Like hell we'll let you!" Seeing that Sanji disappear before his eye, Sekido stabbed the ground with his Khakkhara staff as a precaution. The power of electricity burst everywhere. 

*Bzzt!!*

"Now's the time! Kill him!" Sanji stepped on the electric radius and was shocked for a while. Seeing the chance, All four Sekido, Karaku, Urogi and Aizetsu all launched a synchronized attack. 

Sanji smirked.

"Haven't you learn? I told you already....this is nothing to me!" Before any of their attacks could land on the cook. The cook yet again fade away from their eyesight. All of them stopped on their track. 

"Where did he go?!" Aizetsu looked around. There was no sign of the cook anywhere else. Sekido panicked. His premonition is coming true! The cook went for the Hangtengu instead of four of them. 

*Zoom!*

"Are you guys blind?!" A sight of blonde could be seen from the sky up high. The cook launched another powerful kick.

*Krakoom!*

The kick didn't hit anybody as it hit the ground, but the shockwave and tremor was generated from the kick, sending Urogi to fly away due to him being very light. Sekido was knocked back very far. Aizetsu and Karaku were the only one that are standing right now.

Sanji took this chance to go to the forest. Before he could dashed towards the forest, Urogi flew by with his sharp talons. "I won't let you get to him!" Talons coated with Haki and flying with incredible speed, he dashed through the air.

*Swish!*

Sanji duck his head from getting his head cut off and responded with a powerful kick straight on his face. Urogi winces in pain.

*Dush!*

"Dammit! You guys are a greater annoyance than a fly!" Sanji is irritated by their perseverance and determination to stop him from getting close to Hantengu. It's getting more and more annoying in his opinion.

*Foom!*

*Boosh!*

A vertical swing of spear sweep the entirety of the area, razing everything in the range. Sanji jumped and gets out of Aizetsu's range. Aizetsu's range is something that is very annoying since he could attack from afar.

*Fwish!*

While he is midair, a Khakkhara staff flew by and almost hit him. Sanji kicked the staff back to Sekido whih hit him right in the face. These guys....they don't know when to quit, do they? Well then, I'll play with all of you a little bit longer!

From afar, Tanjiro just watch as the battle gets heated. He really wanted to help but he knew he would only be a liability. He would only get in Sanji's way. Sanji seems to be fine doing it on his own. He didn't want to just sit here doing nothing, twiddling his thumbs.

It took everything that he could just to stand up. Blood is flowing from his head to his lip. He could feel that his body is very heavy. His left knee was injured badly. It's a miracle how he could still stand. He felt very dizzy.

He wanted to help Sanji in anyway he could. When he heard the demon's weakness, he knew he had to do something. He then scour around to see if he could find the demon by himself. His nose caught a whiff of a demon.

"What do you think you're doing by yourself?" Genya surprised him from the back. Tanjiro is surprised by that. Not only Genya but his little sister Nezuko is also here. Didn't he ordered them to retreat? 

"Ah! You scared me. You're hurt, right? What are you doing here? You should be getting treated!" Genya observed Tanjiro's condition. He gritted his teeth. Tanjiro had gone through worse than what he did.

"Hmmh! Hmmh!" Nezuko said. Tanjiro understand that his sister wanted to know what he was doing.

"It's okay. I'm fine." Genya insisted that he was fine. When Tanjiro inspect Genya again, he was surprised to see that Genya was fine. Didn't he was stabbed by a spear before? This is strange.... Tanjiro shakes his head. It's not the time to play around.

"What are you doing?" Genya asked what did Tanjiro is trying to do.

"I'm tracking a demon. Turns out that four demons there is clones. No matter how many we beat them, they'll always get back up unless we beheaded the real body." Tanjiro explained. Genya nodded his head.

"I follow behind you." Genya loaded his double barrel shotgun. He could only rely on Tanjiro's keen sense of smell to track the demon. He had to cooperate with him this time. It's not like he wanted to but what choice did he have.

"Now, follow-

*Thud!*

As Tanjiro tried to lead them, he fell down to the ground amongst the debris of the fallen buildings around them. 

"Oi! You're bleeding! You're gravely injured!" Genya was caught off guard with Tanjiro who fell down. He knew that Tanjiro is injured, but he didn't took the account on how bad it is. He helped the redhead to stand.

"Thanks, Genya." Tanjiro smiled weakly. His face looks pale. Nezuko approached him with a worried look. Tanjiro could tell that Nezuko is extremely worried for his wellbeing. Nezuko doesn't want her brother to fight anymore. He had done so much for her.

"It's okay, Nezuko, Genya. I'm fine. I'm just a little dizzy at the moment. Tanjiro had lost a lot of blood. He had few broken ribs and few fractures in other places. His left kneecap had been busted. 

Tanjiro used his sword to stand. He looked at both of them and smiled. He weakly smiled.

"Let's do this together! Follow me!"
