"There he goes, passing out again." Zoro said, scratching his head. The kid earned the right to rest now. He awakened Armament Haki and managed to kill the Upper Rank Four. The beams of the morning sunlight is blinding Zoro's eyes. He wanted to sleep.

The morning has come, officially ending this hellish attack. The swordsmith village had survived the ambush through the night. Thankfully, they managed to minimize the damage. If it weren't for the two monsters belonged to the Straw Hats, this village would suffer more casualties.

The reinforcements and assistance had finally arrived. It is composed of few experienced Demon Slayers and Kakushi. They brought a lot of medical supplies with them to help the injured and sort out the fallen while cleaning up the battlefield. They come at the right time when the battle had just ended.

"Man, Its over already?" Zoro stretched his arms. He was expecting more of a challenge.

"Looks like the battle really took an entire night. There goes my sleep. Whatever, I just sleep when we got back. I could really use a drink right now." He rummage through his yukata and pulled out a bottle of booze, chugging it.

"Pwah! Then again, he did kill that bastard. Might as well give him a pass this time. What do you think, Trafalgar?" Zoro said, eyeing the captain of Heartless Pirates next to him. Law, who is standing beside Zoro is looking over the situation. In fact, he was the one who lead the Kakushi here.

"Hurry! This kid is dying! Put him on a stretcher!" A Kakushi told others to hurry and tend on Tanjiro. He seems to be in a lot of injuries in the perspective of the Kakushi.

*Rustle*

The Kakushi carried him and put him in a stretcher, sending him to a temporary medical shelter that was established to tend to the wounded. They took one of the buildings around and convert it to accommodate the wounded.

"So this is where the brat has run into instead of training. I'm going to beat him senseless when he recovered. Law squinted his eyes with irritation. Tanjiro didn't say anything and immediately went to the Swordsmith Village without saying anything.

"Give him some morphine to ease the pain! I have a lot of work to do. Still, it was a good move for you to call me earlier using River Snail." While getting lost in the forest before, Zoro took his time to alert the doctor of the current situation.

"You're the best one around when it comes to this thing. How will the kid do?" Zoro asked. Tanjiro has been pushing himself through the limits over and over in this fight. He's been injured more than he could count.

"From the looks of it, the kid is really in a bad shape. His life is on a thin tightrope. " From the injuries, Law easily deducted just how serious it is.

"No shit, Sherlock." Zoro replied sarcastically.

"Now, if you excuse me I got a lot of patients to tend to. By the way, where is Black Leg-ya?" Before Law go, he asked Zoro where is Sanji. Zoro grimaces at the question. Seems that he really, really hated Sanji.

"He holds off demons before this right up on that cliff." Zoro pointed.

"Well, since we defeated Hantengu I guess his job is already done. Probably gone off to flirt on some woman like a loser he is anyway." Zoro can't seem to understand Sanji's obsession with women. He just can't stand the cook who always gone head over heels for women.

"Well, good to know. Any reason why you haven't killed Hantengu yet?" Law asked. It was revealed that the neck that Tanjiro cut wasn't the main body. After all, the body did not disintegrate completely.

"I can't play with my food or something? Still, keep this a secret from him, alright? He awakened Armament. He would be disappointed if he knew he didn't actually killed that demon." Zoro asked Law is he could keep this a secret. It would shatter the kid's efforts.

"Whatever. Finish your job." Law didn't seem to care about that and he just wanted Zoro to do his job, while he will do his job as a doctor.

"Already on it. Oi! Don't think that I didn't know you're dead yet!" Zoro shouted at the body who is disintegrating. Turns out, the body is nothing but an outer shell. The real Hantengu was inside the body, the heart.

"Eeek! How did he found out about me?!" Hantengu that faking his death would cut him some slack and escaped under radar, but his plan has been thwarted.

"Wait! We can talk about this!" Hantengu tries to negotiate.

"I'm a pirate! Wanna talk? Talk with your fists!" Imbuing his sword with Haki and Sun Breathing, he swinged his sword towards Hantengu once and for all.

*Swing!*

*Slash!*

Hantengu is finally dead.

"How's the long haired brat?" Zoro asked whether Muichiro, the brat that he saved earlier is doing well. He did get poisoned and had most of his face pricked by needles like a hedgehog.

"The poison has been extracted from his body, but his external injury is quite serious. Overall, his current condition is stable. I planned on taking the wounded to the Butterfly Mansion, since there's more beds and equipment that I could use there." Law explained his intent on carrying the injured to the Butterfly Mansion.

"I already told Brook about this. Right now, I'm sure he's bringing my message to the Insect Hashira to prepare for what's coming next. We need a lot of rooms for the patient." Law had informed Brook by using River Snail.

"What are you going to do?" Law asked what is Zoro's next move.

"Sleep, eat, drink. Then I probably think later what's my next move." Law rolled his eyes back. Of fucking course.

"Its better for you to help the villagers clean up the mess of the ambush. The whole town looks like a warzone. You can sleep later on the journey to the headquarters." Law advised.

*Gulp*

*Gulp*

*Gulp*

"Ahh!" Zoro wiped his mouth after he took a sip of booze.

"I mean, that sounds like a nice cooldown after the exercises." Zoro raised his shoulder and smirked.

"Tell the shitty cook I want something with a lot of meat!" Zoro told the doctor to remind the rival he hated so much about his preferences. Law flipped a middle finger. Do it yourself, asshole.
