CHAPTER TWENTY NINE
WHEN they get back to Manila, Valeska's mind was clouded with the thoughts that she's going to meet Rashid and Keith's friends, then the wives. She's excited to get to know them and also to spend time with the girls.
Like they usual routine, she would stay on his condo if she wanted too, or she would visit him in Los Oculto. On that day, she's with Rashid there for their shooting range schedule.
Valeska is sporting a black round neck fitted blouse, skinny jeans, and a pair of a combat boots that he bought for her.
Kahit papano ay marunong na naman siyang humawak ng baril at alam niya na ang mga basic technique. Kaya hinahayaan na siya ni Rashid sa gusto niyang gawin. He would just watch her and would tell her if he sees something that could create a mistake.
This time, the target are tin cans. She missed the target most of the time but she kept going because she's still have time. Rashid is the one who set the timer. She likes it when she didn't feel any pressure because she knows that he's not very strict with time when it comes to her.
"Time's up," he announced.
She hit the last target and a big smile formed her lips when she hit it!
Inilapag niya ang baril sa lamesa, pagkatapos ay hinarap ang kasintahan na nakatingin sa mga target niya. Hindi lahat ay tinamaan, madalas naman ay daplis lang. Dalawang lata rin ang napatumba niya.
"How was that?" She's all smile.
"Hmm, not bad for beginner."
His both hands are inside his black pants. Looking so good wearing a black muscle tee that shows the veins on his arms and tattoos.
"I wanna see you shoot."
Tumingin ito sa mukha niya. Tapos ay tumango para pagbigyan siya. Tinawag ang isang staff doon para palitan ang mag target.
Rashid then took a steps near the table to set out the handgun he's going to use.
Valeska couldn't hide her enthusiasm when she saw that the new target are moving!
"I bet it's hard to hit the moving target."
"Baby, target in the real world really move."
That's when she realized that he's talking about a person moving... that is his target.
"So, you shoot people before? Uh, bad people, I mean."
"I had to."
Well, he was in Military and he owns a security agency. It's normal when he shoot bad guy, right? Because it's for security or self-defense also.
When everything I set, Valeska moved away a bit from Rashid so he could have his own space.
He skillfully cocked the gun, aimed the moving target and started to shoot.
The muscles on his arms flexed with his movements and she couldn't help but drooled on how attractive and hot he was while holding that damn handgun and never missed the target!
He was fast but his moves are precise and explicit.
Valeska felt like she falls in love again and this time, it was so deep. She's awestruck.
A slow clap from behind made her looked who it came from.
A tall and good-looking man, standing there, beside him is a woman with stunning beauty.
Rashid looked where the couple were, then raised his brow in a mocking way.
"You hit all the target! W-wow! I'm impressed."
