CHAPTER THIRTY TWO

"I AM not sure about his other plans aside from he liked to build a private army. Kuya Keith is very reserved, in controlled and he didn't talk much about his personal life or about his job."

After their airsoft game, they all decided to have a late lunch at Altaraza Hotel. Doon din naka-check-in ang mga ito. She just realized that the hotel is owned by Altarazas. Hindi nga talaga biro ang yaman ng mga kasama nila.

"Now that I know he's gone, it made me sad that he wasn't able to build his dream private army."

"We will build a private army to honor him," Clane Altaraza muttered using his usual cold tone.

Nakita niya kung paano napa-ayos sa pagkakaupo ang mga kasama nila sa lamesa. Rashid seemed like he expected it. So the news wasn't surprising to him.

"What would happen to La Secreta then?" Carter raised his brow.

La Secreta is a private security agency that Keith Tuazon's built. And now, the Altarazas are in-charge to manage it.

"I'd like to talk about that some other time," Clane dismissed that topic just like that.

They continued eating and drinking. Their conversation went on and on.

"Yeah. I invited Rasha and Isla to come to Villa Altaraza. And guess what? Rasha agreed!" Ayesha announced, then lifted her glass for a cheers.

"I'm going to meet them too. For the first time," Valeska said.

"Really? Then why don't you come to Villa Altaraza with them? I'd be happy to see you girls there."

Ayesha is very friendly. She feels comfortable already.

Tumingin si Valeska kay Rashid. Gusto niya rin naman na makapasyal sa ibang lugar, pero gusto niya rin na kasama si Rashid. Kung hindi man, pwede siguro itong sumunod sa kanila? Kung sakali na tanggapin niya ang imbitasyon ni Ayesha.

"I could also show you the designs of swimwear. You could do the fitting there, Valeska."

Tila naghihintay sa sagot niya hindi lang si Ayesha kundi ang iba pang kasama nila. And it looked like they knew the woman enough that it was hard to say No to her. Especially if she's this excited and eager to invite her at Villa Altaraza.

"I'm interested to visit your place and to see your designs-"

"That's great! I'll cover all your expenses. So, it's a yes?" Ayesha's eyes twinkled.

Valeska bite the inside of her cheek, then simply glanced at Rashid.

"Baby, do know that whatever your decision would be, I'll never leave your side," Rashid told her when he noticed that she's undecided because she wanted his opinion 'bout it.

"That's so sweet..." Zalanna watched them dreamily.

"I didn't know Montecarlo has some sweetness on him," Carter Altaraza sounded sarcasm.

Valeska needs to get used with Rashid's friends being stoic and sarcastic at the same time. Besides, being surrounded with Carter Altaraza for a day, made her realized that he's the only one who can mock his friends and even his own brother.

"Men could be really sweet and corny when they fall in love," he followed up with a laugh as if that's so funny for him.

"You're ruining their sweet moment," Alandra simply elbowed her husband.

"Update me with the dates, ha?" Ayesha won't stop though.

Valeska smiles. "Yes. I'll let you know. Thank you."
