You smiled, waltzing into your boss's office, files in-hand. You placed the files on his desk.
"Well you look mighty fine today~" you said flirtatiously.
Walden looked up from the paper he was reading, eyebrow raised.
"You don't look so bad yourself" he muttered.
"Pardon" you asked, shocked.
"You heard me"
Your mouth was agape.
This somehow urged him to do more.
"Actually you don't look bad at all~"
Your shock grew.
"What? Can't you handle compliments~?"
Shock turned into mortification.
"I-" you started to stammer. "Th... thank you." You finally say.
"Mhm."
"Uh, I'll- be on my way now." You spoke, turning to leave.
"Hold on."
You turned around.
"Well, come closer, Y/n~"
You shuffled closer.
Suddenly, Walden stood up, leaned forward, placed his hands on your cheek and kissed your forehead. It lasted for a good second before he pulled away just to peck your lips.
