Less than 30 minutes later, Catra stopped before a Warehouse on the outskirts of Town. A suspicious amount of Cars and Bikes were parked everywhere and several People stood around, smoking, drinking and talking
"....Now I know how you felt when we went to Plumeria" Adora said, scratching her Head at the sight "...since we are friends now, can you make it quick?"
"Oh haha, Princess. If I wanted you dead...I'd hire someone"
"...weird way to show your love"
"Pff, Love...making a lot of assumptions here" the Hybrid rolled her Eyes
"Am I?" Adora smirked "Loving a friend ain't a weird thing to do...or so I've heard"
"Glitter?"
"Glimmer....and yes"
"I figured....look, I can tolerate you, true but be too annoying and you're right back at Tutor...btw im writing English next week"
"Ohh..right...can't really do that at my place again though"
"Your Parents that strict?"
"Worse...also, inviting you might come with a whole different set of issues" Adora hinted at the well known rumors the name Ortego would invite "Not that I wouldn't..." she tried to explain but Catra was faster
"Wanna come over then?"
"S-sure?" Adora said, suddenly nervous "...when though? My Parents might not watch me at times like this but after School, when they are neither drunk nor asleep, that isn't that simple"
"...fair...let's talk about this later" Catra said, checked her Phone for a last time and walked towards the Warehouse. "Sec..." she said and took out something that she put in her Ears "Made the mistake once of not doing this and was nearly deaf for 2 weeks" Upon opening the Doors, Adora was assaulted by loud noise that she only seconds later recognized as music
All around her were People dancing, drinking and having a good time "Fuck me, this is loud.." she thought but followed Catra non the less as she made her way through the sea of People. Her target was apparently just a few steps from the entrance, the DJ booth that stood on a small Stage with 3 People on it. Catra went up to the Big bouncer that blocked her way and shouted something in his Ear that Adora couldn't hear "I'm here to see Libby. Got her Shit" He nodded and let them pass
On the Stage, 2 Girls and a Guy were going over the Set when one of the girls, dressed in more neon than should be legal, spotted them "Ortego, you bitch" she shouted, without either hearing her and hugged the Hybrid, who on the outside didn't seem to mind, while on the inside did mind very much so
Catra made some quick hand gestures before showing Libby a small package that made the young woman smile and give her a bundle of Cash "Thanks hon, you're the best" she said, giving her a kiss on the cheek "Call me later if you stick around" she added with a wink but Catra shook her head and waved as she turned around
Adora was more than just confused at first but quickly gathered what had happened here "So, just a dropoff? What a letdown..." she thought as they went outside
"AHhhh fuck, finally I can hear myself think again"
"Yeah...didn't seem like your scene to be honest"
"It isn't but I go where the clients are"
"Especially when they're pretty and DTF?" Adora said, meaning to sound snarky but coming across as pouty
