Chapter Thirty Five

I didn't want her, I needed her over here.

After the fight, I see her. She's holding on for dear life and I wish she was holding me like that. I hate physical touch more then anyone but right now, I need something. I can't figure out what.

I haven't killed anybody in a long time but, when I heard his neck snapped I lost it and was shaking uncontrollably. I was having so many fucking issues I needed out.

The way she looked at me when it happened. I genuinely don't know if I'll even sleep tonight because of it. I want Mia to know that I would never hurt her.

She was made for this lifestyle but, they rushed her.

No warnings ahead of time about what she would see.
I understand that's Jaeden's girl but, I also know Jaeden like the back of my hand. He'll treat her all nice and sweet and take "care" of her for a few weeks just to leave her.

Nobody deserves that.

Especially my pretty girl.

"God, please don't kill Jaeden next. I need him around bro. He's a good friend."

"He beat me because his sister lied to him about me. I can't hate him more then I do and you know how being angry annoys me." I laugh with a shaky breath. "Thanks for watching over her this week." I hand my brother two thousand dollars and watch as Jaeden's car drives away.

"Come on. Lets get you taken care of so I can get high." Miles claps my shoulder and we get in his car, going to my house. Ace should be back tonight.

So, that should be interesting to see him and Kylo in a room together for the first time in three months.

Ace was his own species and I prayed for anyone who met him or his family.
