File: OriginsIn the early years of quirk existence, before quirk wars, chaos ensued. Quirk wars were primarily known as conflicts between groups or cults using their quirks for their gain. Whether pure or evil. But as history unfolded, it was later used to refer to the worldwide battle that was waged once quirks had been slightly more subdued.
However, the base for these wars began within the countries' core, their society. The government had to try and work out ways to regain power, control, and stability. This required... unethical methods to be put in play.
Of course, the rise of heroes allowed those practices to become more mundane but they would never have had enough jail cells for all those criminals.
Eventually, it was accepted worldwide that it would be wiser and safer to dilute the actual events of history. It was safer, that the future didn't know the full extent of the power held within their quirks and living among them.
This wasn't much different here in Japan.
Blood and bodies littered the streets and now and then you'd hear the morbid screams echoing through the air. Yet despite the mortifying realities, life went on. Ceremonies were kept short, as were school, and even work.
The average work shift was down to 4 hours while school was kept at 2 hours. Both were done every day throughout the week. Luckily though, the Internet made it easier for a transition to be made, and regular routines were kept for those who were online.
Nothing could guarantee safety though.
People crowded the sewers looking for somewhere to stay due to unfavorable circumstances. Starvation, the human's natural need for food, worsened this catastrophe.
But in the darkness, there was always light, no matter how big or small it was something you could expect as a constant.
Amara. A Canadian woman whose name meant immortal. Her pure black hair runs throughout the family and though it has mixed every descendant with a drop of her blood has her black as the main color of their hair.
Her name was ironic considering her mother died giving birth and her father had been nowhere to be found. She, herself, is nowhere to be found but she is very much alive as her quirk is immortality.
Hikari. A Japanese man whose name means light of hope. His quirk mixed with her's perfectly in all five of their children. His erasure, though less prominent than the black the black hair, is very much alive. It has taken many forms in their descendants.
His parents were both quirkless but knew he was not at fault for something he was gifted with. A blessing from heaven they called him. But both died by the time he had his second child. They were there for his first and his wedding.
The two had five kids. All gorgeous and strong. Three girls and two boys. Sadly, the youngest of the girls died while giving birth. The child didn't live either and it came as no surprise as the mother had been only 16.
But before that, they'd stalked until they'd managed to sneak into a secret organization's meeting. An organization that would later be known as the Hero Public Safety Commission but for now was ROQ (pronounced: rok).
Revolution of the quirks.
At that time, the family was as such:
Oldest: 16yr old fem
Second oldest: 13yr old male
Middle: 7yr old fem
Second youngest: 4yr old fem
Youngest: 2yr old maleThey snuck into the meeting with their parents. At first, they were almost killed because they were seen as a threat but their mother had spoken and so had their father. The night was spent discussing matters as to how they'd be permitted to use their power against villainy.
They brought up law after law but every time, someone in the group would find a way that such laws could be twisted against the noble family.
In the end, they agreed that the easiest solution (without writing a whole trilogy) would be to make them immune to any lawsuit or whatever that someone may attempt to throw at them.
Amara, in her wise airy voice, expressed her concern about the risk of one of them turning against their purpose to save others.
It was explained to her that if the ROQ called upon any of the members, they would be obligated to come and work for them. Amara agreed and that was settled but a new situation arose.
It was to be their legacy, for their children and their children's children to save and protect their home nation of Japan. If it had only been for the seven of them present that day then their names would have been listed but alas, that was not the case.
The next option was to take their last names but they very much had relatives alive. Then the head of the alliance, who was a successful business owner, gave an idea.
He suggested that they change their last name to a new one, one never heard before. The group murmured, attempting to find a suitable name and soon, one was created. It took quite a bit of digging through records to ensure that no other family possessed the name but once it was settled, the emperor wrote and signed the contract.
There had been several political figures present and they had all approved of this document. A tie between the ROQ, the Aizawa family, the government, and finally the new career called 'hero'.
And thus, on that first day of December in the year 2042, the Aizawa contract was formed.
